I've worn Brooks for years and love them for their comfort and fit. I have a slightly narrow foot and have never had a problem wearing the medium width, but this new version feels slightly wider to me than the previous shoes in this line. My next pair will be in the narrow width just to make sure I have a snug fit.

These shoes are great! I need just a little larger than a size 10 and this shoe in size 10.5 was perfect. They are comfortable with good cushion and arch support. I don't like how the majority of athletic shoes these days seem to have no support around the toes and upper foot - makes my foot feel like it sloshes around in the shoe. These have an invisible area around the upper toes that helps to keep your foot where it should be. I'm a happy customer!

I like the arch support and fit of Brooks Adrenalines. I have worn them for years. The 19s seem to have a bit more padding below the foot and a less obtrusive tongue, both positives for me. My complaint about this model is that the outsole wears out too quickly under the toe area, at least in past versions. It’s too soon to determine if that problem remains.

I have a long narrow foot (needing a 12.5 or 13 Narrow), so finding running shoes is a real challenge. I also want good cushioning. I had been wearing Asics, but recently they did not seem to be offering my size anymore (sigh). I tried Brooks Adrenaline in 13 Narrow. Only one color in my size (that's normal) but it was black. I ordered them anyway, but in the end felt like New Balance offered better support and a better color option (gray). Still, the contours of these was nicer, and if they'd come in a lighter color I would have been tempted.

These shoes are incredibly light weight!! They are comfortable for jogging, but I do miss the support from the Asics gel shoes which I had to stop buying because even the wides were not wide enough. These are plenty wide with thinner socks, but I can't comfortably wear my thorlo socks with them.

Like this shoe a lot but have to return due to issue with orthotics. Fit and support are good; will always love the Adrenaline!!

I have not seen much in the reviews regarding sizing, but I still think these run 1/2 size small. I am a perfect 8 1/2 and they just seem cramped in the toes. I am no expert on running shoes, but these have been a great supportive and highly positive reviewed shoe, so I am sending back and trying a 9. I used to do the Adidas Response until it was discontinued, and I am happy with Brooks for their support, especially as I have been running for 25 years and want and need the support to help my form.

Order one size larger. Very comfortable..I walk 45 min. - 1 hr. at least 3 times or more weekly, comfort phenomenal.

I have lots of problems with my feet and have to be careful what I buy and wear. I over-pronate, have bunions, and flat feet. Brooks was recommended to me by a friend first, and then a Podiatrist. This pair of Brooks is comfortable to wear for more hours than any other brand I've found.

I have wide feet with bunions and Morton’s Neuroma. I also have a high arch. The length in my normal size was good. However, even the wide width was a bit narrow for my feet. I ordered another pair in extra wide which work well. The cushion and support in this shoe are better than most New Balance of late.

9D toebox still not roomy enough but would probably be fine for someone without hammer toes and morton's neuroma. Sadly, the EE wide is not available....

loved these shoes - no seams around the foot to bother my bunion. They were fairly comfy but lacked the arch support needed. SOOooo for the price, i went with the lesser shoe that didn't hurt either and also needed an orthotic. I try to be fair in gauging the shoe cost plus the orthotic cost. IF this shoe did not need the insert for the insole I would have considered keeping them... but since it still needed the insole i elected to return them :(

Ran about a half size too small. Also, wasn't as comfortable on my foot as the Brooks Addiction 13 (which also runs a half size too small) which feels better on my foot and is slightly more attractive on my (big) feet. On the plus side, this shoe is good for plantar fasciitis AND it comes in narrow sizes. YAY!!!

I am on my feet all day and these shoes are the only ones I’ve found that I can wear all day and not have foot pain at the end of the day. Also, I have a neuroma in my toe and these shoes provide enough support and toe room that it doesn’t aggrevate my toe. The only downside I’ve noticed is that these shoes are a bit heavier than others I’ve worn in the past. Other than that I would recommend these and I intend to buy another pair.

these are a true runners shoe. Great fit.. Just toooo much shoe for me. I would recommend it for a real runner. I tried the Narrow and medium width not a lot of difference .

I liked the look of this shoe. It is firmer than the Glycerin 16 or 17. The toe box was too wide for my narrow foot.

Brooks are the best sneakers....not the most stylish, but definitely a great walking sneaker. Lots of cushioning in the heel if you're a hard walker.

I love the way these look and wanted them to work, however, even the wide wasn’t wide enough for my bunions. I normally wear 8.5 so might order up 1/2 size and see if that takes care of the problem. They are very comfortable otherwise.

Shoes feel true to size; enough room across the toe box which is important to me. Feels like there is good arch support against pronating also.

It's the first day of Spring, and thoughts turn to white sneaks. All Winter long I've been wearing the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 19 in Black. They have withstood all kinds of abuse. I tend to "size up" so my winter Brooks are a size 8, and have worked wonderfully well with my fuzzy winter socks. Zappos recommended size 7.5, so I went with that for my new white ones. Since (hopefully) spring and summer are coming, l'll be wearing lighter socks and it will be an excellent fit. One of the reasons I like the Brooks Adrenaline GTS is that the toe box is long and roomy, but tapers a wee bit for a better look. Yet no sacrifice to comfort. I wear these all day long, traversing the concrete jungle. I rate them a 4 PLUS overall--not bad looking--better than most of the competition; and pretty darn comfortable, which is a must. A more rigidly constructed shoe could possibly give me a couple more hours without sore feet, but this fits my needs most of the time. I'm 5ft 9in, have a high arch and a narrow heel.

These shoes fit well. I had ordered two previous pairs and neither pair fit. I normally wear a size 8. The first pair I ordered were too small so I ordered a half size larger and they were too big. Third times a charm. I ordered a size 8 and this pair fits. I wish they were a little bigger, however they will work. They need to work on color options. I will take the comfort over style. These 19’s fit much better than the last models. I think you will enjoy them just as I do.

Great arch support and footbed padding. I normally wear 8.5 and at first that size seemed too small because my toes would sometimes hit the front, but then I tightened the laces much more and it seemed to hold the foot back better. I have a med-narrow foot, and it seems like they slide forward even with the laces tight. But, they are so comfortable I plan to keep them. Great arch support.

The Brooks Adrenaline GTS19 is more like the wonderful GTS17's, a real improvement over the uncomfortable, hard-soled GTS18's. I have bunions and hammer toes and wear 2E width, so I have trouble finding any shoes at all that are both comfortable and wide enough. I like to walk a lot, and the GTS17 was very comfortable, so I was very disappointed that I could not wear the GTS18's at all. I find the GTS19 is comfortable and cushy, and the look is appealing. It seems little narrow but I believe it will stretch to be all right. Overall, I am very happy with the GTS19 improvements over the GTS18.

Well the reviews that say the 19 model are like the 17 model are correct. For me this was the problem. The Adrenaline 18 was the one I liked. Too bad they changed it back. There was an area that rubbed on my forefoot in the 19 and 17, both were returned.
