Brooks Adrenaline shoes have been a game-changer for me, and I am thankful that I found Zappos to order them! A salesperson at a specialty running store fitted me initially, around three years ago, and advised I "bump up" 1/2 size, which has worked out great! Also, visit Brooksrunning.com and take the test to help you choose the shoe that will be most beneficial to you. Brooks has AMAZING customer service, regardless of where you purchase their product. I have to say, the Adrenaline 19 that I purchased here feels more supportive then the Adrenaline 18, which I am very happy about. Hope this helps in your decision!

I am not a runner. I've been searching for a walking shoe for flat feet that is cushiony because of lumbar arthritis and a lumbar cyst. Tried most all Asics and had to return them all. Tried other brands too. The footbed in these are for overpronators (where the feet roll inwards). They are wonderful for support and are made for stability, and are one of the very few shoes I can wear and not feel intense lumbar pain (as much). They are also very light weight. I wear an 8 in street shoes and usually an 8.5 in sneakers. Because of the toe box shape, had to reorder size 9's. They fit perfectly. Very happy to have finally found a sneaker that offers a comfortable walking experience.

The size of this were good. These were my second pair. I got the same size as my previous Brooks and had to drop a half size from the last pair of running shoes I had. Support, comfort, fit all great on this one.

This is my 5th pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS19. I love these shoes for power walking. I walk 6 to 8 miles a day on the treadmill and they can really take the pounding. The reason for so many is I wear off the tread. I am a true size 6, but for extended walking or running it is recommended you get a half size larger so your toes don't go numb or you lose toenails.

This is my 2nd pair of adrenaline 19 shoes in 9D. Perfect for me! I have had bunion repairs on both feet and a hammertoe repair. These are nice and roomy in the toe box for my fussy feet. Thanks Zappos for fast delivery!

I have been running in Brooks Adrenaline GTS since 2011 and, except for issues related with the 2015 change that made me increase half a size, I have always been really happy with this shoe. This was my first 2019 pair, switching over from the 2018 that I REALLY liked, and when I first tried it I thought that the recent modifications to the shoe were going to make me have to shift down half a size again... But no, while they appear bigger, they end up fitting the same, leaving enough room for toes to spread. I find the 2019 version a bit more comfortable than the previous models. I like the new guide rail support and moderate cushion of the midsole. The quality of the shoe is great and I like the appearance. Overall, a really good shoe for someone who averages 30-40 miles a week.

I only run in GTS and I'm satisfied with this new pair. I buy a size up at the recommendation of shoe experts who fit my feet and analyzed my stride and gait.

Purchased my first pair in May and have worn them everyday since. Best sneakers, support and comfort I have ever had.

These shoes were comfortable the first time I wore them. It is my 5th pair of this style of Adrenaline GTS over the years. Use them for aerobic exercise class and playing pickle ball. I would do not like the current color combinations. I am a 75 year old female.

I LOVE this shoe. I have flexible flat feet and too much correction for pronation hurts. I had one foot corrected with surgery and tried on a bunch of shoes. This is the only one that doesn't hurt my foot. Therapist says it's a great shoe for me. The best shoes for me before and after surgery. Some correction of pronation but not over done. Insert comes out for orthodics. Love the all black too! Wide shoes are often too wide for me, but the wide in this one is perfect.

Love these! Wide foot with 4 bunions. Could wear these everyday. Look great with skinny jeans and leggings. Love the white/matches everything .

I suffer from plantar fasciitis and this shoe exceeded my expectations. It’s an overall great workout shoe and it’s also good for walking. Will purchase again.

This is a woven material. Some of the adrenelines are more of a mesh. Make sure to look at the pics closely - this is my second pair of the woven, I think it looks better. Love brooks it is all I wear to run! These require zero breaking in time and no blisters. Comfortable right out of the box. I do usually size up 1/2 for more room as recommended by a running store.

I have had several models of the Brooks Adrenaline GTS and the 19 does not disappoint. I like that I can order the EE (extra-wide) width and don't have to size up since I don't need the extra length. These are lightweight and comfortable right out of the box.

My first pair of Adrenaline GTS 19's was an 11.5 N but availability is a problem with this size. When the price went down I decided to give the regular width a try. I am very happy that the medium is still narrow enough for me in the arch and heel while giving just a little more toe room. I am recovering from posterior tibial tendonitis and these shoes along with a Superfeet green insole have made walking pain free.

The shoes has no arch support but I was able to put my inserts in. They feel great when running, walking, etc

I love this updated version of the GTS; great color combination, so comfortable and supportive in the arch.

LOVE the GTS! I run a half marathon every year and the GTS gets me through all of my training and race!

These are amazzzzzzing!!! I am a 6.5 but always wear 7 in running shoes. I suffer from PF - no issues with these. The support and comfort is perfect. I own 4 pair in different colors.

Absolutely love these shoes. Prior to the Adrenaline, I had two generations of the Brooks Ravenna line and had good experiences with those. I’ve gone on a few runs in these and was delighted to find that I did not experience any hot spots or blistering! They are comfortable, look great, and have a short break-in time. I would definitely recommend these.

If you suffer with over pronation or plantar fasciitis this shoe is great. I run several days a week at least 5 to 12 miles each 4 of those days. The insole is great. But, I give them a pounding and wear the inside out while the outside will still look new. I then take the old insoles out and put in my own that are made for plantar fasciitis. I have a very high arch. I normally wear about 8 to 8 1/2 in most shoes, but with these as most running shoes I buy a 9. If going from dress shoe size, go up at least 1/2 size. These shoes are also stable enough to work out in with cross training type activities right down to yoga stretching. The arch support keeps the shoe from rolling over and your knees or ankles from knocking. Firm foundation.
