I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews but these looked a little sleeker than my past couple mule slippers so I ordered them. I LOVE these. They are so comfy and cushy on the bottom. I’ve never had fit flops before so I can’t speak to whether or not these are less supportive than other styles but they are WAY more supportive and substantial soles than other pricier slippers I have had. I am a true 9.5 and I got the 9 and they fit. I might not take them off!

A very good fit with good arch support. Good solid sole provides great walking support.

I usually wear sports socks around the house; but now with Stay at home because of COVID-19 I needed more support. These slippers are perfect keep my feet warm and comfortable all day long. Arch support is exactly what I needed. Thank you FitFlop

These are the best slippers ever! I've gone through pairs and pairs of slippers over the last few years and nothing else has fit as well, with a good arch support too! I love the style as well...they aren't clunky like Uggs and so many others. I'm going to buy more so I have something to fall back on when these wear out.

I live in Miami so I really wasn’t looking for the Sherpa lining, but it does give it a nice cushion. I got a 10 but a 91/2 would have been perfect. Already put the scotch guarding to the test ?.

The fit and size is good, the fleece lining keeps my feet warm but could be thicker, arch support is almost nonexistent, the outer sole could be more sturdy and the inner sole is lumpy and uncomfortable.

Very disappointed in this for a FitFlop as they are known to have good arch support. I've never been able to wear them as they are too wide. Thought the fur lining in this slipper might off-set that, but the shoe was too long, still a bit wide, and had no support. It did not have similar structure to other Fit Flop shoes I've tried. Have to give up on this brand...have tried multiple styles...the brand just does not work for me.

They are only okay if you only plan to walk on flat surfaces. They are awful if you are walking on any kind of slope (I like a good slipper to slip on to walk around my yard, these are not those slippers). The insole feels a bit like plywood/cardboard with a lousy/cheap liner on top. But the real issue for me is the lack of side support. The insole sets your foot much higher than the side support, so you feel lime you are constantly rolling over the sides of the shoe (for me I actually was rolling over the side of the shoe quite often). Its the opposite of feeling cradled. I've had these for too long to return. But the quality and comfort are seriously lacking. Would not recommend.

They don't call it a flop for nothing. Zappo's actually classifies these slippers as having arch support, which is a total joke. The footbed is hard, flat, and higher at the heel than the toe. The upper part of the slipper is also so large that it provides zero support too and would have inevitably resulted in a twisted ankle. I expected better quality from the FitFlop brand. Really disappointed. Just initiated my return to Zappo's.

I've purchased Fit Flop slippers and sandals in the past. They always have a very supportive arch which I need. These slippers have no arch support at all I noticed they are made in Viet Nam ( which is ok for the Vietnamese folks ) I think the quality has gotten very poor. These slippers are definitely not worth $90 !!

Runs slightly large, but perfect for me.

I would wear these day and night if I didn’t work full time. The fleece wears out quickly and gets dirty.

Very comfortable and warm and I love the look. For anyone who needs arch support and width, this slipper/shoe is excellent.

These slippers were a bit too large for me and too flat. I need a higher heel and the arch support was not good for me. However, Zappos worked hard to satisfy me, especially honoring the discount from the original and then some. I highly recommend purchasing from Zappoos and will definitely buy from then again. I give them 5 stars.

I love these slippers. I've had two pair and am getting ready to order a third pair.

I wear an 11.5. These are 11, backless and fit fine. I wanted to send them back so many times. I never wear slippers. I thought about wearing them as real shoes. I just might get another pair.I LOVE THESE!!!! They are comfy and fuzzy and made by a good manufacturer. I wear them all the time now.

These slippers were well made and of good quality materials. However, the were simply too loose for my feet and when trying to walk in them my feet kept slipping off the foot bed and landing on the floor-and I don't have narrow feet. When just standing in them, they felt comfortable and the had a very stable foot bed with good arch support. This is a good slipper for people who pronate and have wider feet. Very good support.
