I bought these because I liked the way fit was on the model. At first the fit on the waist was a little odd, but once you find out where they sit on the hips, the fit is amazing! They stack great and look awesome with boots and sneakers. I now have 3 pairs.

I own a pair of these jeans. They are great. I love the jeans. If I was just rating the jeans, it would be five stars. However, I'm also taking into account the customer service, which was highly lacking on this particular order. This order was placed while traveling and after looking at the delivery date of the "2-day" delivery. I needed the jeans by a certain date and the "2-day" delivery would have made it to my hotel in time for my event. However, the jeans did not ship until 2 days after the original arrival date. Now, I'll grant that it was before Christmas and packing and shipping was taking longer than normal. Once I realized the shipment wouldn't make it to my hotel in time, I attempted to reach out to customer service to change the shipping address. I emailed 2-3 times, called multiple times and stayed on hold for anywhere from 20-45 minutes, called multiple times and left my call back number, and tried the instant message function. I was unable to connect with even one customer service rep on any of those mediums. The jeans arrived after I left the hotel and I had to pay UPS to refuse the shipment at the hotel and have the jeans sent back to Ariat. They arrived at Ariat a couple of weeks ago and I have yet to hear from them. No refund of the order or a call to check the shipping address. I would give the jeans 5-stars, but the customer service was so bad with this order that I'm giving a 2-star review.
