Overall, the shoe is comfortable and provides the support needed for training. The three star rating is due to the fact that the left shoe started squeaking after only about 10 miles in the shoe. Something in the heel seems messed up. Every time I put weight on it the shoe squeaks. I will end up only wearing these in loud environments as I cannot stand hearing squeaky sounds coming out of my shoe.
