The wrong shoes were sent and these were a birthday gift. We ordered size 7 moccasins by Ugg and got Size 8 Koolaburra boots by Ugg

I was sent boots not slippers

THESE ARE NARROW SLIPPERS. Ordered a 7M; this slipper is much more like a narrow or even AA, and with stitching at sides of tongue, there's no way to even get my foot into the body of the slipper to determine if it's long enough. The sole is very thin and wouldn't last long. Returning.

These were very cheap and I was not able to wear due to the back digging into my achilles heel. I tried to give them away to couple people and the back dug into theirs also. Due to covid 19 I am staying home so just threw them away! Definitly made in China. And FYI THEY ARE NOT UGGS! Very miss leading advertisement! The are “By Ugg” but a much cheaper slipper made in China! Buyer Beware! Very miss leading advertisement!

The suede upper is of poor quality...the red dyed suede is rubbing off on the fleece...kind if peeling pieces of dye...very unattractive after first wear. Kept them as fit ok. Price low but “you get what you pay for”

I am a size 7.5/8. The shoes felt a full size smaller and were on the narrow size.

No blame on you Zappos but this is a crap shoe!!!!!!looks cheap, feels cheap I’m so disappointed. Sooooooo uncomfortable I’m super bummed that expensive UGGS ARE Cutting corners. I do not receive this shoe.

They run narrow & a liitle short. There was no cushioning in the sole....hard as a rock & no arch support. Very disappointed. I ordered this brand believing the Ugg was a comfortable shoe.
