The material did not feel like my other uggs

I wanted to love these boots, but the ankle support was so horrible that I thought I might twist my ankles just walking around the house in them. I realize that nobody buys Uggs (or this knockoff) for the cushion or support, but these felt as bad as walking around in heels, if not worse! I hope there is another slip-on boot out there better than these.

So, I ordered these and the Ugg tall camel boots with the obvious intent that the same company could find a way to make a similar product that was cheaper and less long-lasting (and therefore cheaper), but, like, still look good. Sadly, this was not the case. The color of the camel kookaburra is “off”. The sole of the shoe looks like a work boot. The “tall” option is about 4” shorter than the tall ugg. And finally the shearling leaves a lot to be desired. I would have expected the shearling to be lower quality (I live in Houston, shearling quality ranks veeeery low on my list of high priorities), but these just weren’t as cute. I am returning the kookaburras and officially becoming a suburban housewife with her first pair of uggs. (Shamefully hides face)

Iam sure these would've been fine and i would have kept them but Zappos has apparenly discontinued quality control and i was sent a very used and dirty pair of shoes. Super gross. I stopped ordering from Amazon because of things like this. If this person tried to return these shoes to the store, the store would have refused. My time has been wasted. I will buy shoes from somewhere else.
