I wear a size 9 medium in most women's shoes (occasionally 9.5 in sneakers), and the 9 here fit me fine. That said, they look very nice as well. I think I was wondering how its possible for something that looks so much like an UGG, and is supposedly made by UGG, can be SO much cheaper than the main UGG brand. I understood when I received it. While the style is spot on, its clearly an inferior product. First off, the lining inside does not have that soft UGG wooly sheep thing going on. It is lined only in faux fur, which is ok, except it does not provide as much cushion as that puffy sheep lining that original UGGs gave, and it leaves like its of dark fur and color on your feet if you dont wear socks. Because Im poor right now, these will do just fine as they really are a steal at 1/3 the price of regular UGGs. They keep my feet warm, and the traction might actually be a bit better than UGGS. They look great and no one will be able to tell they aren't UGGs. They do not have any arch support and are a bit less cushioned in general. In the future, if I can afford it, I will go with real UGGs because they are more comfortable and will last longer than these, but these are a great alternative if you cant afford the $200+ ones. Good value for the money and they are much better quality than the fake UGGs that you find in many chain stores anyway.

I typically wear a size 7.5 and bought a size 8 in these shoes. The fit is perfect...I have plenty of room for socks and tucking in my pants.

I love them they are very comfortable and convenient would definitely purchase another pair.

The cut on the arch made it impossible for me to get my foot into the boot. My genuine Uggs are cut differently and actually have a smaller foot length and width but i fit those like a glove. this was cut way bigger on the sole and the sides but the top (where the arch meets the top of the boot) was so tight i'd have to break my foot to make the pivot.

These fit great and look great! I love how they go with everything pink that I’m wearing.

Very cute. A little lighter in color than I expected. I thought they would be a darker burgundy. But they are still very pretty.

Let me start by saying, I love, love, love these boots! They are stylish, cute & ridiculously comfortable! I have avoided UGGs for years because I just can't justify spending that much money on a pair of shoes, especially when there are people in this world who are living in poverty. I finally caved and bought these, which are about a third of the price and look the same as the real deal. When I tried them on, I was in heaven! My only complaint is that when they arrived from Zappos there was a visible scuff on the top of the right shoe. They had been out of stock in my size, so when a pair became available I jumped on it. I have been a satisfied Zappos customer for many years, but I must say I was disappointed this time. I decided to keep the boots since I love them so much and don't want to take the chance of not finding another pair in my size.

Looks nice, comfortable, warm. I wear size 6.5 in walking shoes. I wear size 7 for boots and it fits just fine.

I got these for Christmas last year, and I still love them. Fit perfectly.

I bought these for my little sister who's 8 and has very wide and broad feet she loves them Very fashionable Great for New York City She hates wearing socks even in the winter these keeps her feet extremely warm but doesn't sweat

The style is super cute and the fit for my foot is perfect. My one complaint is that they’re almost impossible to put on. Because there’s no stretch or zipper, I can only get my bare foot in them. Forget about wearing your thick winter socks. My feet get cold because I’m missing the sock layer. Guess I’ll wear them around the house in the summertime.

These boots are amazing. Comfortable right out of the box and true to size. I did purchase a suede protective spray and it works perfectly. These are not “slip ins” as I have to pull them on, but that’s fine for me. Great looking and comfortable boot. Perfect for leggings. And they work well in snow!

Have no idea how the boot feels or fit, as I cannot get my foot into the boot.

So cute! These fit better than the same boot with the button. I have a high arch so my orthotic should fit easily.

Bought these for my oldest granddaughter and she has worn them COMPLETELY out. I'd say they're a winner!

My current Ugg’s are 40 ( yes 40) years old and still standing…. But needed a new pair . Love everything about these

The boots are beautiful, but I have finally realized the new wave of UGGs this year are sized a little different than the UGGs I bought several years ago. Normally I wear size 8 in a sneaker, the new UGG, size 7, which is the size of my old UGGs is way to small. reordered a few different styles and colors in size 8 and they do not fit either, (to tight across the top of the foot) and a little to long, sigh. So found a cute pair of Sorel lace up boots in nice colors, and will not bother with UGGs for a go warm winter boot. THANKS ZAPPOS for allowing the numerous returns, but I have learned my lesson and will not be ordering any more UGGs.

The only bad part is that they arrived two days late!!! But these boots are excellent quality for the price and warm and cute ! Definitely worth it!

Fit as expected excellent quality love it

Too small, wife has a pair of UGG boots that she purchased bout 2 or 3 years ago, size 7W, so for Valentines I ordered same size for her. Boots way smaller, and now I find out I could have paid about $30 less directly from them.
