I hope these are true Ugg's. The sole seams to have changed to the cheap polished rubber/plastic that come out of China. Felt like these could be "knock-offs" . This will be our last pair from UGG and/or Zappos if they don't improve over the next few weeks while using. I'm going to look for similar pairs at major outlet to compare.

Really cute slippers! But I am returning because the sole seemed to heavy to be inside the house. Loved the color and style.

Love these slippers. Ordered a 9 since they don't come in half sizes and I feel that they fit pretty true to size. Fur is super soft and warm. I got the pink which is wonderfully classy and understated rose color. Looking forward to wearing them into the fall and winter in my house slippers.

I loved the style of the shoe but runs small and narrow make sure you size up

Slippers were great for the price point especially being genuine wool fur, just ran a bit small than indicated.

I typically wear a 7.5 in other shoes and the 7 in this was perfect. Only complaint is that the shearling under the heel wears off rather quick AND it's dyed black, so it rubs off on bare feet or light colored socks. After two pairs of these, I've returned to buying the original UGG shearling slippers - none of these issues with the UGG's. I thought I had photos, but I don't... all I can say is after 2 pairs, I'm done.

Surprised to get these so much smaller than expected. The description says they run large!! Nope. I bought my usual size and my foot hangs off the back. I have a high arch and maybe that's the problem. Yes, my toes won't go to the end because the shoe is too tight/low. Otherwise looks cute and cozy. Sadly I have to return.

These are not comfortable at all. I thought there would be some cushioning but there really isn’t. Also the soles are relatively stiff. I had Sorels that I liked but they only lasted a year so I thought I’d try Uggs but I guess I’ll try another brand to find squishy yet warm slippers.

Normally wear a size 7, but for some reason, this brand runs just a tad bit smaller than indicated, still a great house shoe with warmth and style.

im a size 10.5 and got the 11 and they fit perfectly. I want to love these i really do. It is the classic fluffy look you’re looking for in this particular style but i find them oddly clunky. The soles are very hard and very flat and rigid so they scuff along when i walk. No flexibility. Probably returning.....but sad!!!

I expected more from a product made by Uggs. I bought these because I can’t justify spending over $100 for there other style slippers. I found these to be very uncomfortable ; flat hard sole, no support and narrow in front. I am returning these and continue my hunt for reasonable priced, comfortable slippers.

I could not fit my high arch in these slippers. Sadly they are going back.

The shoe felt great but was larger than the size said. It felt like it was always going to fall off.

I bought two pairs. Only tried one which was Christmas morning. The heel was very uncomfortable!!! After two hours, the bottom of my heels were hurting. The soles are so hard.

The slipper ran very narrow and felt like a whole size smaller.

Fits smaller than expected. I would suggest ordering a size smaller.

These slippers are beautiful and well made, but the inside is hard, it feels like walking on a board. Slippers should be something comfortable you can’t wait to slip on. These need work.

I have the Ugg Fluff Clogs (Similar style as the currrent style: Scuffette II) from 3 years ago and the fluff material on the soles inside are completely gone so needed a new pair. I deiced to buy these "Koolaburra" since they were cheaper in price instead of your usual Uggs. I knew reading the reviews when people said the top part is too long and hits the top of your foot where you ankle/leg is and I thought well maybe since I was going to buy a larger since anyway (usually I am a 8 in flats/shoes and my last Fluff Clogs were 9) that if I buy a 9 in these that wouldn't be a problem. I slipped my foot it the top hit my leg and I couldn't slide in anymore and my heel was hanging off the back! I had so much room that it was like wearing a clown shoe. They always felt more tuff and hard and not comfortable at all. The soft material inside wasnt as soft and warm as expected.Returning these ASAP and just paying the extra $25 to get a the Scuffette II.
