Like other reviewers, I agree, the fit is weird. I ended up going with a Large so that the bottom wasn't so snug, which made the top a little big but not so big that it won't work. I'm normally a small or medium depending on the sizing (junior sizing, I'd be a Medium). It is on the shorter side which works for me since I'm 5'4". I can wear with flats easily but this would be short for someone taller.
