Exactly what I wanted - comfy, sturdy, and cute!

Love these boots. I have worn Borns for years and these do not disappoint.

Very comfortable shoe right out of the box!

Love these boots. They are waterproof. So good snow boots. Good traction. I just trudged through slush and they seem to have survived. Clunkier than the Neahs. I bought both. One for dressier and one for snow.

Comfortable and true to fit!

Super comfortable right out of the box. Soft, roomy, comfy, ankle opening wide enough and soft enough as to not rub against my ankle and don't have to wear socks. Nice comfortable insole. Stylish.

Great boot! Comfy and versatile.

These boots were absolutely perfectly comfortable right out of the box. Very casual looking. The inner Soles did not come out when I took them off as some other reviewer’s had stated so maybe they fixed that problem! These boots are definitely clunky and not sleek so if you’re looking for something dressier this would not be a good choice but comfort wise, they are perfect! Thinking about ordering them in another color!

I bought these boots after returning the Sorel Phoenix zip. I was a little hesitant to try the Born because it seems the quality of their brand has declined over the years but I wanted a waterproof black boot that was comfortable but nice enough to wear with slacks. I think these are going to work out fine. These boots fit well in the toe area and don't slip in the heel. The boots have a little bit of a squeak as you walk, but seemed to improve after walking in them for a while around the house. Nothing that I can't live with. These are keepers.

I really like this bootie. It takes a little effort to put it on, but is very comfortable. The color is very neutral and goes with almost everything.

I was able to wear these right out of the box. All day on my feet, working, walking, I kept thinking how happy I was.

These were ok. Unfortunately, the height of them hit me in just the wrong spot on my shin, so no way this will work for me now. The color is lackluster, but not sure what i expected from Taupe Suede! I am a fan of the company that makes these boots, but just no go for now.

These boots are very cute. The gray is a great color, very versatile. And I love that they are waterproof. Unfortunately, I have to wear orthotic insoles which made these a bit too tight. That said, my daughter saw mine and liked them, so she bought a pair for herself that fit her well.

Ran small for me. In the toe box. Wished I’d sized up a half size. Style is great though. Soft leather and firm outsole.

Much too narrow for my feet, Disappointing.

While these boots were tremendously comfortable straight out of the box, with good arch support and a cushy footbed, I (like other reviewers) experienced enough heel slippage that the boots ate my socks within minutes of walking around the house. I’m really bummed, because Born shoes are a go-to for me. In this case, I think the style is problematic because I have such narrow heels. I wish Born made a similar waterproof lace-up or zip-up boot!

These would be ok for personal wear. However, I am looking for work shoes and these feel a little tight, not leaving room for my feet to swell after a long shift.

I liked these - nice material, lightweight, look great - but they were too tight on the top of my foot, likely because I have high arches. So I wouldn't recommend these if you do too!

Let's start by saying these boots are very comfortable. The footbed is very soft and supportive. Like walking on pillows. The grey color was a nice grey, not too warm of a grey, but more neutral/cool grey, which is what I wanted. I usually get a 9 in boots and have other size 9 Born boots, but these felt a tad big. The biggest issue I had with them is they made my feet look really big. I bought 2 different styles of grey boots for comparison and these just seemed so big looking on my foot. I think it may be the black sole that you can see the edge around the boot, so it tends to draw your eye to that and just make the foot look bigger. Not sure. Definitely nice looking, definitely comfy, I ended up liking the Sorels I ordered better so returned these.

Comfortable boot but my socks slowly slid down/off the end of my feet while I walked around inside the house. I tried medium weight cotton socks and wool hiking socks - both slid down.

I really debated keeping these boots. They were a little snug and I didn't like where they hit my ankle. It bothered me when I walked. But, Born boots are so well made and comfy inside.

Nice boot. Love this company, so bummed that they didn't have much structure.

Solid boots, very versatile and reasonably comfortable. Two areas for improvement--the socks do slide down a bit depending on which socks, so it's a little bit of trial and error to figure out which socks work best. Also could use a tiny bit more cushioning. But in general, comfortable boots that work well, have gotten several compliments on them.
