Comfortable right out of the box. Not a dressy shoe but great for running around.

I just love Born shoes and boots! I know I’ll get the same fit every time. These boots are the perfect addition to my collection! Comfortable all day long even on the first day a wearing them!

Comfortable footbed, well made, substantial sole. I am a true 9.5 and they feel a touch roomy but I think the 9 would be too small. After wearing them I did experience the aforementioned ‘sock slide’ a bit, but nothing I can’t deal with. Overall I love quality, comfortable boots that will surely hold up for years to come.

Love these boots! Bought them for a Winter trip to the U.K. which involved a lot of walking and they felt like slippers on my feet they were so comfortable. No breaking in needed and I can confirm they are definitely waterproof as I wore them in the rain. I didn’t want to spend so much but they were definitely worth it as I was looking for both style and comfort.

These boots are so comfortable & are perfect to pull my winter wardrobe together. I may have to use orthopedic inserts though because I don't have enough support on the ball of my feet.

So comfortable and true to size

Beautifully constructed boot and it seemed very comfortable right out of the box. It was just too masculine-looking in person for my tastes, especially with the black goring on the taupe color. I'm sorry to say I'm returning it.

The original pair I have from late 2019 are so great I wear them constantly and want to replace with a new pair of the same—I have never before re-purchased the exact same shoes. I just got a new pair same size via resale and am returning because I they're too small.. The length is very slightly shorter, but the width, especially the toe box, is far too snug. I will be trying a half size larger. So this rating is for the original pair as I do recommend them but size up.

I ordered these for my daughter. They were too big and she didn't really like them however I would have kept them if they had fit me. These are nice boots, rugged and slightly clunky but that's the style. Born boots are great and Zappos makes it so easy to have them delivered to your door.

I ordered a size larger than my usual size 8 and they fit well. They are a bit snug but they will relax. They are very comfortable and warm. This my first pair of Uggs so I’m looking forward to wearing them.

I really love these Born cove boots. So comfy. I was concerned about pulling them on and off. But come on and off very easily. I actually ordered a 2nd pair in taupe. Very cute.

Loved the shape of the boot, through arch and toe box. I normally wear size 8.5 in athletic shoes and boots, unfortunately these Born boots were too big even with a most thick socks and had to return (no size 8 to exchange, sad emoji). Still garners 5 star’s overall!

The arch support - always superior with Born. But also the height above the ankle was better than the other 2 I got (Vionic and Sorel).

Born boots are always the best. Love that these are waterproof and the leather is high quality. Comfortable right out of the box with no break-in time, and true to my usual size 8. They have a slight lug sole which makes them a little more rugged and casual, perfect for Midwest winters. Highly recommend.

These are super comfortable and easy to put on despite no zipper because of elastic on the side. Great charcoal grey color goes with everything. I’m a 6.5 and bought a 6.5 for a great fit with regular trouser socks if I wanted to wear thick socks I’d need to size up.

It’s very difficult for me to find shoes for my wide toe box (bunions) and high arches. These did the trick. They’re not as cute as some other black booties, but they were comfortable for my feet as a teacher.

I've been a Born fan for years when looking for a shoe that is comfortable, stylish and durable. These Chelsea boots will be a daily wear for me this fall an winter. I'm a solid size 8, which is what I ordered, and they fit great. They might be a little snug with very heavy socks, but I live in Tennessee so not a problem for me. These shoes could fall into the category of me buying another pair in even the same color.

I tried ordering these last fall. Finally almost a year later here they are. Very excited! My feet are wide and happily these beautiful boots have enough room with light wool socks. Looking forward to stomping through the puddles this fall!

These were really beautiful and a chic alternative to Blundstone. However, they were too narrow for my foot, and I could not wiggle my toes. As I go barefoot often, this is a personal issue. If you have a regular "average" foot, they could work for you. I returned these and kept the Pearl Blundstones that offered more wiggle room for my lady paws. Side note: one of the seam stitches for the side elastic was irritating during try on. I was not sure if it was a defect or just that the fit was not right.

These are my commute boots. I've worn them most weekdays for most of a year and they still look great. They are decently waterproof in drizzle and light rain, though I switch to Hunter boots in heavy rain. I appreciate the removable insoles, because I put green Superfeet in everything.

Just a great boot. Comfortable, good looking, & made well. I have a medium width foot, with a somewhat narrow heel, & need arch orthotics. I am a size 10; this size 10 fit perfectly, heel shaped to fit but not rub. Toe box roomy but not overly so. Dr. Scholl’s full length insole with heel cushion fit great.
