I have only used this purse for 3 days and a rivet feel off of it. Disappointed

I was sorry t see that you took out all of the accessory pockets in the full size hammitt cross body that I ordered. I had to return it, unfortunately. I think you should come up with a few new ideas for bags...I'm a Hammitt addict, but there are no new ideas for your bags. Also, I'm missing some fringe

It is a nice looking bag but it shows every single little scratch and wear mark even though I only carred it for a short while. I had originally ordered a smaller one and returned it for the Montana. I had to email their customer service a couple times to get my refund. I found the whole customer service experience with the return less than desired. I have so many other bags I like better than this one, I wish I wouldn't have bought it.

I saw this bag in a store near my house, but there was a cracked embossed dot, so I decided to purchase straight from the seller. I then selected the item and waited with anticipation, only to open the outer box to get a box that broke apart as I opened it. Then the bag had a red stripe on the black outside, which wasn't on the model in the store or online as of today. Hideous and deceptive. Couldn't return the bag quick enough. I am hopeful that they actually have the bag shown in the pictures, otherwise, I am saddened to find a bag that looks super cute, but doesn't actually exist.

Had to return because bag broke after 3 days. Had to return. Thought about exchanging but the rep said the store shouldn't have sold me a defective product i think hammitt shouldn't have provided the store with a defective product.
