Great boot , great price. But as usual with Frye, too narrow for a high arch foot even with the side zipper. I give up. No more Frye boot ordering for me. They have the best style and quality but not a fit for me.

Beautiful boots. I usually wear a 9 or 9.5, and ordered 9.5 since I like to wear handknit socks and have slightly wide feet. After a few days of wear, they feel pretty much broken in. Fit, style, color (dark brown) are all great.

Feels pretty true to size. Need thick socks, a 1/2 size smaller would probably be too small and I don't want to chance exchanging them because they are so cool looking! I usually wear a size 9 and these fit right except my heal lifted a tiny bit when walking. I changed into thick winter socks and they were good to go. My other Frye boots are the same way so...maybe that is just the way they fit me.

Nice boot, I did not keep it due to slippage in heel, which does abate, but stumbled on another boot that suits me better (Taos Crave) so returning this one. It does have decent support and also nice feel inside and is not heavy. It is definitely something good for someone with a wider heel.

This is my second pair of Frye boots. My first pair, the Phillip harness are too narrow despite wearing them with thick wet socks. So i ordered the Vickys in size 7, as i usually wear 6.5...too long...they fell off the heel. But the boot is gorgeous. Beautiful soft leather and they are built to last a long time.

I am a 9-9.5 and ordered a 9.5. I love the look and the quality of these boots but they run quite narrow and the leather is pretty thick, so although they will probably stretch a little, I think the pain and blisters involved in the meantime may not be worth it. May see if they do a wider fitting.

I'm so glad I finally gave in and bought these. They were tiny bit snug across the top of my foot out the box but after about an hour or so of wearing them they were perfect. I love wearing them with both jeans and dresses.

I love the style of the boots and they are very comfortable. I typically wear a size 10 and I have a narrow foot with small ankles. The length was true to size, but the right foot only tends to slip a little around the ankle. Unfortunately I have that issue with most shoes because of my small ankles, so this was not a deal breaker. My first pair of Frye's and I look forward to purchasing more.

After two days of wear, I'm in love with these boots. They're going to need more breaking in but they're already very comfortable. The leather is lovely and heavy. They look good with leggings, jeans, and slim-fit slacks. The soles are sewn, not glued, which was one of the things I was looking for in a boot. I usually wear somewhere between an 8.5 and a 9; I definitely needed a 9 in these boots - I could get the the 8.5 on but it was very pinchy and there was no way I was going to get my OTC orthotics into them.

I love my new boots! They're super comfy right out of the box!

Great boots! Well made and a very good price right now. I typically wear a 9 and did so in this boot. I added a 1/2 length arch support. They became way too tight when I tried my full length orthotic. My first pair of frye boots and expect them to last a long time.

I love them, although they are a bit narrow for my wide foot!

These are beautiful, sturdy yet soft leather boots. They feel very comfortable right out of the box, but I just received them and haven’t tested a day of wear yet. Due to the price reduction, I bought both brown and black. I am a big fan of Frye boots and have been for many years. My feet are an average width and they fit perfectly true to size for me.

Love these boots look good no matter how you wear them dress shorts jeans the are definitely a good choice and a great look ??

Love these boots! They take me back to my college days in the 70s. They seems a little snug at first but I have been wearing them and they are breaking in nicely. The leather is fabulous and soft as butter!

Was hesitant to buy this because I love my Phillip Harness boots. Not disappointed and a little more rugged than the Phillip which is nice for a change.

I love these boots. I have rarely met a pair of Frye's i didn't love. I wore them daily for about a week to break them in and while they are not totally broken yet they are enough that there is no rubbing on my heel when i walk and the top is less tight. Just be patient and give them time to get worn in and you will love them!

I love these boots. The leather is soft and the boots are beautiful. Took a coupe of days to form to my feet and get comfortable. I would not suggest if you have wide feet. My feet are average width and they fit perfectly.

The boots felt very narrow and one felt narrower than the other. I ordered a second pair to compare and both boots were narrow on the second try.

I liked them but they seemed and a little heavy.. still looking for the just right Frye boot for me. thank you Zappos

These are so cute and I wish they worked for me, but they are obviously not for people with wide feet. I even tried a half size up and they were still too small (plus narrow, which sizing up can't help). If you have small feet, though, they would probably work!

Cute, basic boots - but my heel kept slipping out, and I do not have especially small heels. The front of the boot was actually a little snug. So, very odd fit.

I wanted these boots to work. They are sassy and uncomplicated. The leather felt great but I just couldn't get them to fit my foot.

I had very high expectations for this boot: Frye is a very reputable brand and other reviews were very positive. I love this style and have lived in a couple of similar boots (different brand) over the past few years. Unfortunately the Frye Vicky 6" (black) didn't work out for me. I found the sole too rigid for boots I want to wear all day every day. I also found it weird that I got boot polish on my hands just trying them on. It made me think they might have been returned by someone else and refurbished for resale.
