I bought the Bistro Graphic Clog in the color Black/Flame and I absolutely love them!!! I originally ordered my normal size (5W/7M) but I had to return them for a smaller size (4W/6M) since they ran a size bigger. I've noticed that each style runs differently in size. For example, in Classic Clog style I need a 5W, in LiteRide style I need a 4W, in Crocband style I need a 7W and in Bayaband style I need a 4W. I really wish they were more consistent in their sizing and I am wondering if it has anything to do with the country in which they were made. In any case, the Bistro Clog in the Black/Flame is not only very comfortable but it it looks fantastic as well and I love how they feel on my feet. The heel of the shoe comes up a little higher than their other clogs so it holds your foot in much more securely and the colors are just as vibrant as shown online. And as I said previously, they do run a full size bigger as far as length goes, however, the width is true-to-size for both sizes I received. A "must buy" in my opinion, trust me, you won't be disappointed. As far as ordering through Zappos, their customer service is top notch. When calling to do the exchange for a smaller size, their Customer Loyalty Representative, Diana B., was extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It was one of the best interactions I've ever had with a CSR. Plus, Zappos offers free shipping on all their items and they've also partnered with Amazon so if you're a Prime Member Subscriber you also receive free returns and 2 day shipping. That alone makes shopping with Zappos the only option as far as I'm concerned. Way to go Zappos, I'll be a customer for life!

First pair of crocs with “no holes” and I love it and the flame is so me. Only issue my feet sweat a little, but NY weather I definitely can wear these all year
