I bought a smaller size based on reviews but needed the 9 1./2. Fits perfectly. I like the quality it is hair calf leather Which is what I wanted. You feel the arch when you 1st put them in but after a few seconds they feel great.

Stylish yet comfortable ballet flat with a nice cushion heel and sole. With some ballet flats my heel slips out of the shoe when I walk, but not with these. I purchased the brown multi (animal/leopard print) and love them.

I love the leopard print, the fit, the bow. . .can use with both casual and dressy pants. I looked a long time to find just the right pair. The reviews make all the difference in learning which is best for me. LOVE this shoe.

I usually wear an 8.5M shoe and so ordered same in this shoe. The fit is nearly perfect. The insole is completely removable (no glue) and I decided to replace the insole with a different one. Only reason I did so was because the arch was just a tad off for my foot. Otherwise, shoe is a typical ballet flat style, rounded toe which is more comfortable for me, and the small toe-bow completes the look. Highly recommend this shoe. Kudos to Zappos as I received the shoes less than 24 hours after placing the order! Thanks, Zappos!

I love these so much that I bought an extra pair. They are so comfortable. I can wear them all day. Perfect for travel.

After searching for a well-made comfortable, leopard print flat, and reading customer reviews, I decided to try these. AMAZING! The sole of these shoes combined with the arch support and even a cushion in the back of the heel (where flats usually rub) create a perfect fit. I found them to be true to size in length and width. And of course, they are adorable and will be a versatile shoe to add style to any outfit.

Good, snug fit; no heel slipping or rubbing. No arch support, but removable insoles - I added a heel/arch support with the insole and it worked without making the heel slip. I really like these!

First, hat's off to Zappos. In the past month, I have ordered so many shoes and had to send them back. I was feeling guilty. Finally ordered a pair of shoes by Earth and they fit and felt good. I have never tried that brand before. I will definitely look at them again. I ordered the black and thought the arch support was better than most.

I love this shoe! However, it does feel a little tight in the toe area. I have the leopard print and the plaid in the same style, and they fit perfectly. I am debating if I should reorder in a half size bigger, as I am afraid they will be too loose in the heel. It is a beautiful shoe with excellent arch support and a nice cushioned insole.

Love this shoe! Earth brand shoes are becoming my new favorites...I am replacing some of my older Vionics with Earth brand. They seem to be a little more cushioned and a little more arch support. Plus the leopard print and black plaid are so cute. Thanks Zappos!

The cushioning and arch support on these are to DIE for, like another pair of Earth flats I have (Bellwether style). I've been looking for a basic-with-a-twist black flat and these may be the ones! Somehow they accomplish this without venturing too far into the "obviously a comfort-fit shoe" look. Unfortunately for me they do run about 1/2 size small - I'm a 5.5 M in most flats but these are definitely too short and narrow in that size.

Terrific fit! True to size & very comfortable, but they’re kind of loud and squeaky as I walk?? Hoping that’s just while they’re breaking in.

Very cute shoe and the 9 medium fit my 9 narrow foot reasonably well--just a little gapping on the side when I walk. They seem narrower than the usual for a medium width which I like a lot, but if you have a medium or wider foot they may feel too tight. The pewter is nice, not bright or shiny, and the arch support is excellent. However, the toe box is pretty shallow and it presses against the top of my big toe in an uncomfortable way. I have very skinny feet so if you have average or thicker feet, this one is going to hurt. Maybe they could be stretched but I didn't go down that road, just sent them back.

I usually wear 5.5 but ordered this in a 6 because other people suggested they ran small. Size was ok for me but I returned them because the back came up too high and cut in to my heel.

I do like this shoe, but after wearing it for one day, the right shoe makes a squeaking noise. Hopefully that will go away with continued wear? The leather Alina does run slightly smaller than the plaid or leopard print Alina.

This Earth Alaina is adorable! The velvety texture is great for fall and winter but unfortunately they didn’t fit my feet properly. I’m so sad because the arch support was very good. I also love some of Earth’s other patterns. I am a 7.5 and ordered that but my foot was slipping out the back. But a half size down would have meant that the shoe was too snug. Disappointed

These are the most comfortable flats I have ever worn. I have searched high and low to find what I thought was an impossibility. Finally, I have flats that support my feet and look cute.

I love these. I wear them all the time I spring and summer especially when traveling. This is my third pair. The first pair is fine but I bought a backup last year and when I saw them on sale this week I bought a third. They can be worn with casual dresses, cropped slacks and even shorts. Big thumbs up. ????????

I really loved these! I think they might be the most comfortable flats I've ever tried. The arch support is great and the insole is removable to fit custom orthotics. The best part about these shoes is that they look totally normal (you can't tell they are comfort shoes). I ended up sending mine back because the leopard pattern didn't match as many items in my closet as I thought they would, but I would have definitely kept them if they had.

Ian daughter a hard time getting shoes that fit AND have adequate arch support. These shoe size are wonderful.

These are a replacement of another Earth flat. Excellent arch support (improved from the previous design and comparable to my orthotics in my sneakers); can remove the insoles to replace with different supports. Good fit, a little roomy in the heel, but doesn't readily slip. Could have done without the bow - I walk quickly, so you can hear the clap of the bow on the shoe (my last Earths had a pleated pattern in the toe). Keeping!

beautiful quality soft leather lightweight shoe. I need a wide though. Thought I would try it but too narrow. A soft leather like this might stretch a tiny bit so you might take that into consideration

Beautiful ballet flats, well made, nice support. Fit perfect- I’m 8.5 and that’s what I ordered and they are perfect! I boypught 2 pairs - the velvet burgundy and platinum. I did not regret the purchase at all. These are Comfortable shoes and stylish, can be worn with practically anything.

Love these flats! Bought another pair after wearing these fur one day.
