Believe the hype, people. I took this out of the package, gave it a wash, and haven't taken it off since. Okay, I reluctantly take it off to sleep. But seriously, it is so soft, cozy, comfy, cute, and stylish. My favorite clothing item of 2019! I wear a medium in most brands and this fits true to size.

LOVE this jacket! I originally saw it in a boutique but they didn't have my size so I ordered from Zappos. The denim is SO soft, much softer than my Levi's denim jacket. I like the slightly oversized fit and the sleeves are long enough to cover my whole arm. I have long arms so this is sometimes a problem for me, but not with this jacket! I'm expecting this to be my new favorite and to last for many years!

Great oversized jacket. Not too big, oversized but still flattering. I love that the denim is already soft and requires no break in period. You can wear this right out of the package and it's so comfortable! I bought this to replace my older Levi's denim jacket and I like this one much better. Can't wait to wear it over my sundresses this summer!

This jean jacket is extremely attractive and functional (i.e. lots of pockets), but in terms of size, it has nothing to do with the Free People size chart. According to the size chart, a small should fit me with room to spare, but I could barely get one arm in the size small that I ordered. To give some perspective, I wear a petite small top or jacket at Talbots. I returned the small and am waiting for both a medium and a large (just in case) to arrive. I REALLY love this jacket and hope I can find a size that fits me.

I agree with Elaine's review 100%--I've searched for countless jean jackets and found them to be stiff, thick material, either too tight and constricting or too big and overwhelming. This jacket is none of those. I am fairly small frame and the XS is perfect. The material is nicely--but not overly--distressed/worn in in look and soft in feel, and it's well tailored, and in trend but not trendy; I think it will hold up and be a wardrobe staple for a long time. It's a great value. Whew, my search is over :-)

This jacket is soft and comfortable. I'm petite and this fits perfect. Owned a lot of jean jackets they are stiff. It's got a distress lot . Very stylish. Great buy Elaine P

I ordered this jacket in the color navy. In the pics it is the one with that looks like darker and lighter shades of denim. I ordered a small and I would say the fit is generous but pretty true to size. The fabric is nice and soft, the cut is really cute. I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t more of a noticeable contrast in the lighter and darker shades. I even ordered a second one thinking there might be a better one, but they looked the same. I still think it’s a really cute jacket and kept it.

Really really wanted this to work. It just felt good on. The sleeves were way too long. Turn them up (which I do for most jackets) but that didn’t help. And for the price, I did not want to pay for alterations. Yeah, I truly considered.

This jacket is very cute, and very comfortable. It feels like a “worn in” denim (eg., very soft). That said, it’s extremely short. Like a cropped jacket. As a slightly taller person (eg., 5’8”), it looks very cropped. If that’s the look you’re going for, no worries. I have mixed feelings about the length.

Usually i am wearing M size but I think i need to grow in to the jacket the arms too long and the fit too short. Maybe i's the style but not flattering to my body. Personally didn't liked it. click > return

I like the material and color, very cute. However, it was a little shorter and boxier than expected, so it is going back.

Too loose for my taste, even in the xs. I guess its meant to fit a bit loose and casual but I like my jean jackets to be fitted.

Softest denim jacket Ive ever touched but the xs was too roomy overall for my taste. I like a fitted jacket.

It fit ok, but it was sort of flimsier fabric than I would have expected. I actually thought it was not very attractive.

The denim is very soft. However the boxy fit did not work for my frame. 5’0 115 lbs. also the sleeves were too long and rolling them up didn’t work for me either. Had to return.

too long at the selves (I do have long hands & its too long for me) too short on the trunk overall bizarre fit like the fabric and quality

I am obsessed with the cut and feel, but the wash was really weird. Not as light as the image, almost acid washed. I may reorder to see if I just got a weird one, because it’s otherwise perfect.
