Customer Reviews Nike SFB Field 8" Boot

I'm trying these out as a patrol boot. I had to go up a half size from my usual size, but once I did that they fit fine. I will definitely say that the weight of the boots is amazing - the pair as a whole weighs a little bit less than just one of my Danners. Haven't had a foot chase since I got them but I can tell they're going to be much better for that than the heavier boots. I work nights and I'm not worried about boot polish, but they look like they'd take a shine pretty well. They're very comfortable so far, but I've only had them a couple weeks. I'm interested to see how long they last. I don't think they'd work as a Winter boot, but I haven't been able to try them in cold weather with appropriate socks, there's a chance socks would compensate for their hot weather design.
