Gosh I love these boots. Have worn them almost daily outside of sandal weather. No other footwear has been as comfortable, as sturdy, as loyal! Looks great with dresses, skirts, jeans. Love my Frye boots. So many compliments!

I bought the mid highth and my normal size is 8.5. They were hard to get my foot into and were way too tight. I got the booties and I love them!!! I ordered 9 and they are tight. I know that the leather will stretch enough for my feet. They are so awesome and I know I will have them for the rest of my life!!!

I bought these boots a year ago and they just get better with age... Frye is the best at craftsmanship...

These are the best booties I have ever owned. I love them so much and they are extremely comfortable! They fit perfectly and cut off at the right part of your leg that avoids making your calves look large. LOVE LOVE LOVE these boots. Highly recommend.

I'm not usually an online shoe buyer, but I had been searching for a really nice, beautiful, high-quality pair of boots for months and these just seemed like they would be the ones for me. I was really hesitant to purchase them based on some other reviews online about heel slippage and a potentially long and painful break-in time, and worst case scenario, I could return them, but I swear - I wore these all day around the house the day after they arrived (I was sure to walk around a LOT!!) and I did not have a single problem. I wore them with medium-thick above-the-ankle socks and they initially felt a tad tight around the toe. I'm a size 8 and don't have wide or narrow feet - just average. I was worried my toes would be sore, but the shoe melded to my foot pretty easily within about 2 days of wear. They really feel custom made now. I wore them to work the next day, and the next day, and the next day. Seriously, they blew me away. It's probably just my foot and I got lucky, but I wanted to say these are the best boots I've ever worn. These are somewhat loose around the ankle, so it's their nature to slip a little, but for me it isn't painful at all. They are true to size because they fit my actual size 8 foot like a glove. They were made in Mexico, smell amazing like strong leather (I was so scared my dog would eat them), and weren't as heavy as I was expecting. The redwood color is freaking gorgeous. I'd buy another pair if they weren't so expensive, but honestly SO worth it!!! I'll save up for another pair in black eventually.

This is my first pair of Frye boots and I love them! I'm already shopping for my second pair. The fit is perfect and very comfortable. Mine are more brown than black, but that just gives me a reason to buy some black ones!

Comfortable right out of the box. Read the reviews concerning slippage so wore indoors an entire day. Definitely improved and is not a problem. Color is more black than brown on the black distressed bootie, at least on my pair. Very happy to find this boot with a Goodyear welt sole that will not soak up moisture like leather soles. This is my 4th pair of Fryes. My first pair I bout in college over 50 years ago, and passed along to my daughter. These will be my everyday go to boots. Thanks, Frye!

I bought these boots just before summer. I just wore them out for the first time this evening, and they were very comfortable. I have them in the red and they're stunning in person. This is my second pair of Frye boots and I will definitely purchase more in the future. The quality is amazing!

Just received my 2nd pair of Veronica Bootie, (bought the tan 1st) and right out of the box, no breaking in just perfect!! true to size, I will agree with another comment that these are more of a brown than black but perfect rugged look that I wanted in a boot. Love Frye boots, amazing quality. Excellent shipping too.

Bought this Bootie last week, in the GORGEOUS Redwood Color. Based on the other reviews, I was excited for it arrive. I was not disappointed. LOVE, LOVE this boot!! Wore it right out of the box! Had them on for hours. NO breaking in!! SOO comfortable!! I'm sort of between sizes, so, I bought the size 9. My first pair of Frye, but not my last!!
