The bad: I purchased these to wear without socks and immediately regretted that decision. They absolutely shredded the back of my heels after walking less than a half mile. The elastic laces are impossible to adjust, so if you want them to fit more loosely -- tough luck.
The good: The quality and style is decent. They're well-made and (when worn *with* socks) didn't give me any issues.
