This is a beautifully constructed loafer with exceptional leather and styling. You can see the difference immediately between Pikolinos and other brands: Clarks, Hush Puppies and even Cole Haan have a shiny, mass-produced and less expensive looking leather. The Pikolinos leather is supple and has an artisan quality--as does the entire construction of the shoe. Though expensive, the difference is obvious. My only complaints are that the sizing is very off: the 40 is too narrow and tight, though I wear a size 8 1/2 or 9. The 41 is a bit too long, but overall more comfortable. And though the footbed is beautiful leather and soft, there is no arch support or contouring. It is removable, however, to put in a better insole. Overall this is a high end, uniquely styled loafer.

I really love this shoe but the 39 was too short & narrow. I wear a 39 in the Pikolinos Le Mans boot but will need to return these for a 40. I would also love to see this shoe in all black.

These are really cute shoes. They do run just a bit small. The elastic on the is really uncomfortable and after wearing them at work all day I had blisters on both heels. At my desk I would pull my feet out of the back to get relief. Not sure if this will ease as I wear them more or not.

These are my second pair of Pikolino's and they fit perfectly - but I also think it's because I have narrow feet. These are comfy, with more cushion on the padding than I expected. Leather is very soft, and smooth. Already getting asked where I got them from.

I really like this shoe. Super well made. It does rub your skin if you wear without socks.

I love these shoes. The leather is butter soft, they have a unique appearance so you won't feel like you are wearing the same shoes as everyone else, and they are well made. Based on the previous reviews I ordered a 39. I am typically an 8, but sometimes an 8 1/2 and didn't want them to be small. They just fit, but I think if I went up a size, they'd be too big. I assume the leather will stretch a bit with wear. I ordered these in the marsala cuero color. They are a little lighter color than I anticipated, but again I love the uniqueness of this classic shoe. I also love that they aren't a manly looking loafer. Between the soft leather, and the unique back, they are a more feminine option.

These shoes are beautiful. The workmanship is definitely first rate. I thought these shoes had removable insoles-they do not. They toe box is much smaller than expected and will not work for me.

I really wanted to like these shoes, they just don't fit right and had to return. I went up 2 sizes and still couldn't find the right fit -- too narrow. But the leather is very soft, the footbed is comfortable, and the two-tone is nicely done.

These are beautiful shoes. Professional, yet modern. Not too masculine nor too feminine. The tongue is an amazing dark lead grey color, with the strap and sides being black. Soft leather. I tried and tried to make them work, but I can't. I have a narrow foot, and these were too narrow for me. The strap across the top is too tight. My heels kept slipping. It did feel maybe a half size bigger, but I am not familiar with Pikolinos sizing. They may have stretched to fit, but they were still too long. I was afraid the next size down would be even narrower.

I have worn a medium my entire life. These shoes are so narrow and so tight, I could barely get my foot in. They are beautiful, though—sorry I had to return.

This is a strange color - closer to pink. Be sure to get the other brown/tan color, not these. The leather is super soft, but they just didn't fit me -- 2 sizes up was still too tight.
