I had my usual size minus 1/2 size like I usually order for Clarks in the cart, but it was suggested that I use my recommended size. So sad, they're a full size too big so should've stayed with what I thought. I always order a smaller size for Clarks but listened to Zappos! They'll go back. The footbed did feel nice though.

Cute and comfy like slippers, but not great support.

I made a huge Zappos order trying to find the perfect (comfy, everyday) fall ankle boot for my hard-to-fit wide and flat feet, and ended up returning almost everything else but I did keep these! They are great quality and well-made, featuring soft leather and a comfortable sneaker type sole and footbed. They are a bit nondescript (a little bland for my taste) in style and color options, but I do think they’ll be pretty versatile everyday shoes, from dog walks and errands and school drop-off to going out for dinner in leggings and a sweater dress (maybe—the contrasting white sneaker sole makes that a little harder but I think it can be done). And versatile and comfy and everyday is what I’m looking for, with a bit of style for a young mom like me! I hope they hold up well. A note on sizing—because there is no adjustability (like buckles or laces to tighten around the arch/ankle) these seemed big and sloppy in my normal size, but a half size down is basically perfect.

I normally wear a narrow shoe. I ordered this shoe in narrow, but it was too wide.

I was excited to see that these Clarks shoes came in Narrow sizes . Unfortunately, they are being returned because the fit is not close to a narrow shoe. I have a narrow foot and usually have issues with finding a narrow enough heel but, these were loose all over.

I haven’t had a chance to wear them yet since we haven’t had any winter weather in California but I happy I will be able to wear thick warm socks. Clark’s are a good fit for me

Great bootie for narrow foot and orthotics. I heeded the reviews and ordered a half size smaller. I ordered the narrow but because they run wide I was able to easily use my orthotics without having to remove the innersole. There’s still room enough in the toe box to wiggle my toes. A keeper.

No need for me to break it in, was comfortable right from the start. I wanted a short boot for travel, sightseeing in Colorado and Santa Fe in winter. Waterproof was important and so was warmth. These work! They look good with jeans. Worth the price.

I normally struggle finding shoes/boots that are stylish and fit my narrow foot and need for toe space. These boots while a bit wider than a narrow, fit very comfortably immediately. No adjustment necessary. Ample space for me to wear with thicker socks for greater comfort. The zippers on each boot don't move smoothly but hoping in time that will improve. I don't love the style but in my experience shopping for narrow stylish shoes, these are not bad overall/don't scream 'orthodic' which tends to be the case. They are comfortable and look fine with skinny jeans.

I normally wear an 11 and this boot fit just fine. It was very comfortable and had decent arch support. I had purchased a couple of pairs to try on and sent these back more for the style, which was sort of basic, than the feel or fit.

I’m a Clark’s believer now! The boots are SO comfortable, but these felt a half size bigger than my standard 9W. I’m returning for an 8.5W.

I really loved the comfort of this boot but I returned them due to the color. I ordered taupe, the box said taupe, the sticker on the sole said taupe but the boot was actually an olive green color. I just didn’t see myself having enough to wear with them being a color I don’t wear. It was disappointing since I really loved the boot.

Clark’s 9/12N has always been a good fit. Waited to long to return. Seemed as if they had been worn and stretched out by previous owner. (“New” packaging was not consistent in each shoe.)Don’t know if that’s what happened. Wearing with heavy sock. Disappointed. Still love Zappos. Only place I am able to find Narrow sizes!

This shoe looks great and if it fit properly I would be a wonderful shoe; however, for me it just didn't work. I have problems with my knees and the heel, while low, its too high for me. It caused too much "tilt" in my leg, leading great pain in my knees. I normally wear a 9.5 wide in most shoes and typically wear New Balance SL2 shoes. This shoe was clearly too big in width and length, at least a half size and possible a whole size too big. I'm still looking for a show of this style. Its got to be out there somewhere.

I need a wide width for my toes but the back made my heel on the inside so sore I had to buy moleskin pads to put on & after 3 times I gave up & threw them in the back of closet, for $143 I really can’t wear them & now can’t send them back as I wore them outside walking in Portugal, i’m guess i’m stuck with them. Just got worse each time ?? Wish I could draw an outline of my foot & send in for correct fit!

This is a good looking shoe but I sent it back because it was too wide in the heel area for me. I have a narrow foot and ordered the narrow size but my heel still slipped. I love, love the Clarks, Sillian Frey Ankle Boot. It fits me perfectly and looks amazing and soooo comfortable, but they are all gone in my size and I have looked everywhere.

The shoes fit true to size. They rub a little in the ankle but with taller socks it probably wouldn't be a problem. The soles were very comfortable. I am glad I didn't order them in wide. I am returning them because I didn't care for the style as much on my feet as I did in the picture. They definitely did not look like $140 shoes.

These boots are cute but I need something more substantial for long city walks. Run small.

Shoe was at least a full size larger than the pair of Clark booties purchased in the same size last year. Cute shoe but the sizing is way off.

Knew right away when I put my foot in this boot it wasn't comfortable. Not enough arch support. Leather didn't look like it would hold up as well.

I order an 8N and the size and width felt good except for the heel which was too wide and slipped with every step even with fairly thick socks. I have two other pair of Clark boots in this size and did not have that problem.

I ordered these and another style Clark boot to replace the current pair I have which are very comfortable. This pair was so close in style to my current pair I thought there would not be a problem but I could not even get my foot into them. I feel it has to do with a smaller zipper not allowing you to open it wide enough to slide your foot in. So disappointed I had to send back. has to do with a smaller zipper not
