I usually wear an 8. Glad I went to 8 1/2. Fits well 1/2 size larger. This shoe is really good looking, but a bit stiff. Having worn now for 3 weeks, has not gotten any softer. So it bothers my feet a few hours in.

I have to start by saying I have a reconstructed left foot. This means I buy a lot of shoes only to find they don't work for me long-term. These shoes fit very well, allow me flexibility to wear them with orthodics, (due to the hook and loop band) and because they are leather, I also get good support in the arch area. I can now walk for longer periods of time without tired or sore feet. Hooray!

The shoe is heavier than expected. The heel is not narrow enough for my feet. Have to return.

These may be one of the most comfortable shoes I have owned. There is a great heel support that I need for walking around the town, and some adjustment room when my feet get a little swollen later in the day. They don't look too bulky either. I hope these will wear well.

I was looking for black sneakers to wear with cropped pants for business airport travel. I ordered a 3 brands: Cole Hann, Mephisto, and Clarks. The Clarks were the most comfortable and have been great for travel. I wish they were lace up instead of a velcro strap but they are cute enough.

I really like these! They fit great with or without socks, and are very comfortable and light. I needed something for work, I stand a lot, so I needed something navy to match my clothes and comfortable, and these are absolutely perfect!

This is a beautiful shoe, however, the cross strap gives it the appearance that it would be more suitable for an older person. I also ordered the lace-up style. Again, a beautiful shoe and a nice style. Unfortunately the toe box does not accommodate full size orthotics. I had to return both pairs.

Nice lightweight shoe. Moderately fashionable. Comfortable. Good for walking.

Beautiful, wonderful shoe!

I ordered these in my two usual sizes right away, as I was so happy to find a comfortable looking pair of navy suede walking shoes. I often might need to take a size 8.5 Medium in a shoe that wearing socks are necessary; but in this shoe I chose the size 8 Medium! They are roomy in the smaller size! You can't beat that!

Perfect size 10 medium width; plenty of room in the toes so they don't feel cramped. Easy to put on. Great feeling; comfortable from day one. Just love them!

I love these shoes- as one review stated they look a little dressier than the usual casual walking shoe but I mostly love them because they are extremely comfortable - good support through my arch and soft around the sides. I wore them for hours caring for my grandson and my feet felt great.

These are beautiful shoes. I just need a different size.

These shoes are very comfortable right out of the box for my princess feet, (bunion and Achilles issues). They are cuter on my feet than in pic.

The feel great to wear and are made well, too.

Ordered these in the dusty rose and the color is very nice. I like the velcro across the top because I can make the shoe a little narrower - I always get a narrow in Clarks but even those are usually too wide. Never understood why comfortable shoes are only geared toward people with wide feet. But whatever. I am surprised that these have no arch support! They are very cushy but really need that.

These shoes almost look like they might not fit, but they do ! They are comfortable, and the cut of them makes your foot look smaller and neater than some. I returned them because they are more taupe colored than tan; and I didn't need another taupe shoe right now. I have these in navy, though !

My mom has a foot condition and it's by far the most comfortable shoe my mom says that she has had.

These fit quite well. They are roomy enough in the toe area. I would prefer them in a tie style, and probably black, however. I took them in my normal size 8 Medium. They had been reduced in price in the light color, which was nice.

One of the most comfortable shoes I’ve tried. I did not want to take them off. They did feel just a little too big. Unfortunately the look is a little too grandma for me. I will try the lace up ones.

I'm an 11N to M, depending on brand. Clark's 11M and before Aravons got bought by rockport, I was an Aravon 11N. I've been trying all the Clark's because I'm really digging the styles these days, but not having success in finding the proper fit. This particular style in Black , Size 11N was too tight in toe box with no hope of stretching. I tried 11M . No difference. . So I assumed they ran small, ordered a 12M , I guess 12N wasn't available, and I was swimming in those boats. Side note, I also tried this shoe in beige, first the 11N , which were too tight. Then I got the 12N which were pretty darn good fit wise, only with basically no arch support and looking WAY too much like an orthopedic shoe in beige, I just couldn't get myself to keep them, even with the sale price. If the arch support had been better, I might have kept them or maybe I could have tried an orthotic, but then they might have been too tight . Ultimately, apart from the pretty suede and the cool , metallic detail on the back , which goes all the way down the back in beige, I just couldn't keep them. My boyfriend would have totally made fun of me. I'm only 48 with foot issues but I'm not ready to look 80.

Very nice looking with casual wear. If you have very narrow feet, they fit a little wider than I would like.

I really wanted to love these shoes... but had to return them. They fit very well to my normal size 8- both width and length. Unfortunately there was no arch support at all. The cushioning insert felt good but was basically flat. I even tried replacing with one of my orthodic inserts but the walls of the shoe offer no support either. I own another pair of Clarks- a leather pair and they are very firm and supportive. I like that these shoes are so light and possibly that is why they feel so flimsy, but I've got hiking shoes that are light and are supportive?
