This is a good looking purse, but there were a couple of things that bothered me and ultimately why I returned it: The long strong is not detachable (only the smaller shoulder strap is detachable) and the front flap is not really usable since it is not easy to unlock the clasp then open the flap. I like my purses to not only be pretty but also fully functional, which this is not.

The bag is pretty however the long strap is way too long and bag is too big to be called cross body and this size bag should have thicker shoulder strap for the price disappointed with design. Had to make additional holes in strap
