The suede was beautiful. I had to return due to the fact that the shoe felt too narrow and there was less cushioning that made it a little uncomfortable for me to wear.

The style of the boots is exactly what I was looking for and the insole is very comfortable. Unfortunately, the fit for me felt a half size too big. When I walked my heel came up half way in the boot. I didn't reorder in the smaller size because it would probably be too small. I do recommend them if you get a good fit.

Such a comfortable shoe, but it runs big. I would prefer regular leather over suede for the price point.

Very comfortable, great cushioning and arch support, but too large/not sized appropriately. I wish it came in non-suede leather.

These shoes are nice. The width was slightly too narrow for me, but the size fit perfectly. It has a very nice design too.

Full size - could have gone down one (I'm in-between sizes) but too narrow and no wide. Too bad because it had great arch support!

I really wanted to like these boots - very stylish and very well made - but my heel kept slipping way up everytime I took a step. A smaller size would have been too small on my foot. Oh well. I did end up buying two other pairs of Clarks though!

These boots are very cute and comfortable, but the color was more gray than taupe.

Unfortunately, these shoes would squeak every step I took and the buckles would jingle. Sent them back.

These felt really loose and wide. I’m a true size 10 and they were just too long. Also I have a slim ankle and these were very wide in the ankle. They look like boats on my feet. Nice padded insole but no arch support

Unfortunately my heel and my toes are really not the same size, my heel is much narrower than my toe area. I loved these boot, and really wanted to keep them, but ultimately sent them back due to how my heel slipped out of the boot so easily. I could actually slip the boots off without undoing the zipper. They looked so cute I tried them knowing they probably wouldn't fit. Because of my narrow heel I'm forced to buy boots and shoes that have some kind of lacing or other means to keep the shoe stable around my instep so I don't slip out of them. Very disappointed I had to send them back.

I was really counting on these to be a great fit but they were to narrow even in an 8 and the arch support was too much. I had to send them back. They did look great with jeans though
