These boots were very cute and comfy but I have a narrow foot and these were pretty loose on my heals so they had to go back. It is too bad because I liked them more in person than in the photos. I debated reordering in a smaller size but the length of the boots was good so I just decided that these were not the right shoe for me.

I took a chance that the medium width would fit my wide foot. It didn't so they're going back. It's a shame because, if it had been available in a wide width, I would have ordered it and likely kept it because it's a beautiful boot and looks well made. BTW, the tan color is the picture is very true to the actual color of the boot.

I bought these as a gift for my mom and she loves them. Very cute and fashionable!

I have always been a fan of Clark's shoes. I recently purchased another brand that did not work. I had not kept original packaging but Zappos allowed me to exchange for the Maypearl. First, the heel is that perfect height for walking comfort. They are so stylish, and quite substantial, yet not heavy. I wear a size 9 in all other Clark's and in this, I took other's advice and sized down a 1/2 size, which fit like a dream. Thank you Zappos for your extraordinary customery service.

I love these boots. I normally wear a 12 but after reading the reviews that they ran big I ordered an 11. They’re narrow which is exactly what I need. I wore them right out of the box and they felt great. I plan to order now in the black. The brown is lovely.

Really like these boots; like most Clark's they are very comfortable and fit like a glove. As an older woman (72) it is important to me that my shoes are not only comfortable, but make me feel comfortable that I feel stable as well; and, that they do not look like "old ladies" shoes. These fit the mark. Enjoy

These boots are so cute! Haven't worn them yet, but they look great with jeans. They definitely run large. I bought my usual size and had to exchange them for a full size smaller. Can't wait to wear them!

I returned these because I almost always wear a size 10 but these ended up being too big. The quality was great however.

These look great, but the boot collar jammed up and into my ankle bone. No good for me.

Look better than the picture. Too narrow for my B/C width foot.

Unfortunately, the shoe was too tight. I like the model and the material felt just fine. I have a fairly standard 8.5 shoe size but this 8.5 is too small

Really cute! Love them with skinny jeans. Unfortunately they are really large. At least 1/2 size, maybe a full size. Going to exchange for a smaller size.

Fit was good, comfy out of the box and shoes were cute, but the top hit right at my ankle bone and would have rubbed them raw. Will return.

The Clarks Maypearl Milla fit well, as most Clarks products do on my size 9.5 medium feet, and there was ample room for medium-thickness socks if I so chose. Nothing to write home about in terms of style but nothing objectionable for this 64-year old either. The deal breaker for me was the combination of pebbled leather and the not quite cognac color. I think it would've been fine in a smooth leather but somehow this read as synthetic as not the leather that it was. I was also concerned that during the winter and into the spring that color wouldn't work as well as in the autumn. To sum up, nothing really wrong with these short boots and I'm sure many people will enjoy them, just not me.

These shoes looked good on my feet, but when I walked in them, my heel slipped up. This is unsual for Clerk shoes to fit me so poorly. I am returning them.

I love Clarks Booties but something has changed. The opening is so large and the back of the heal doesn't grab your foot. My heal keeps slipping out. Opening is so large that I can put my foot in and out of this bootie without unzipping it. I want to love them but have to send them back.

Hurt the round ankle bone that protrudes out the side of everyone's foot. I wore them around the house and they seemed great, but when I tried to walk down the street, I realized that the height of the boot was hitting and bruising that little round ankle bone with every step, and only on my right ankle. It must be the height of the shaft. I've ordered another brand from Zappos, and I'm returning these. I thought they would be great. The length and width feel normal. My left foot is wide at the baby toe and these shoes felt tight there as all shoes feel tight there unless I get a wide shoe.

Based on 2 other reviews, I bought these shoes on the small side. Normally, I take either a 9 or 9.5 medium. Because others recommended a half to full size smaller, I ordered the 9 medium. What a mistake. I had to jam my foot in like Cinderalla's stepsisters. My toes are close to the bottom of the toe box, which might be alright if it weren't for the width. To say these shoes are snug around the middle is an understatement. They are excrutiatingly narrow and the effect lasts long after the shoes are off. They're a cute shoe, but I don't know that I'm even going to risk a 9.5. This is the 3rd pair of Clarks boots that I have ordered over several years, and I have yet to be satisfied. Maybe someday they'll get it right.

Look the look of the ankle boot but the fit is terribly uncomfortable-very unusual (and disappointing) for a Clark shoe. Too narrow, hits my ankle in a painful way and instep is wrong.
