These boots are very cute but a little floppy for my flat, narrow feet. I decided to keep a similar pair by Bull Boxer instead, as they seemed to run a little more narrow. They were very comfortable though and had nice cushioning (as most Clarks do).

I love the fit and style of these boots, especially since I have a more narrow foot. Unfortunately, the taupe suede color was more grey than in the picture, and not for me.

The blue suede is gorgeous. I ordered a Wide Fit because I like to put inserts in my shoes and I could barely get them on my feet without inserts. Ankle opening is very tight and the wide fit is more narrow than some of my regular shoes. So this is an extremely narrow boot and if you have incredibly skinny feet, you're going to love them.

Oh, I wanted to love these. Style is perfect, but the fit was a little off for me -- shaft was a little too high, and the arch hit in the wrong place. I'll keep looking for classic Chelseas that are hopefully as cute as these.

I ended up returning these because I was looking for a pair that looked a little less casual; I couldn't justify buying a second pair of casual black boots. That being said, these were very comfortable, cushioning on the sole was great and they were pretty cute. I wear either an 8.5 or 9 and I would have gone with the 9 so I could wear these with socks.

These are very well made shoes. I do not consider myself having wide feet yet some other models I tried on (the Toms Esme being one of them) felt too narrow. These Clark boots fit me perfectly and they are narrow enough at the top without being too tight. I have fairly high arches and getting these on and off was easy from day 1. The only thing that brings the rating down is that the sole is pretty thin and hard. Perfect in terms of style (they don’t feel chunky or bulky at all - great to wear in the office with dress pants), but they wouldn’t be comfortable to walk around in for more than a few hours. They are also suede which is gorgeous, but not the most practical in wet weather. Other than that, these boots are awesome! They look great with jeans for a more casual look and they look great dressed up for the office. Very happy with my purchase. I’m a 6.5 and ordered a 6.5. Maybe they run sliiightly large as I feel I could fit an extra sole in there for some more cushion.

These boots are beautiful, nice color and suede. They are very comfortable in the foot area but the ankles are very tight. They might have loosened up with wear (and some sore ankles) but I couldn't be sure of that so I returned them. The quality is very high for the price and I wish they had worked.

Everything was great but the more fitted ankle area really rubbed and for the price I was not willing to wait and see if it would improve.

This boot is a very nice looking boot and felt comfortable when I tried it on. Sadly, I will have to return them as it is a very flat boot. And, after having foot surgery last year, I need a boot with a bit more heel.

Loved the style of these boots. If you have large calves though, they might not work. The top edge of the shaft dug into my calves just enough to be uncomfortable. Pity because the style (especially in the gray) is super cute. Returned.

Too tall, cut into ankle. I have been desperate to find chelsea boots because the ones I've had for years have finally worn down, but I can't keep these.

Felt a true full size larger and wider. I wish they would have fit- they were cool looking.

High quality leather and cushioned footbed. The tongue area of the shoe pressed into my leg when I walked so it didn’t work for me.

I really wanted these to work and took a chance in spite of the reviews which reported that these boots ran small. Even tho I ordered up a half size, it felt like my feet were in a vise. They had to go back!

These booties were too large and although the style was nice, I didn't love the imprinted design on the leather. It looked like a fake animal print.

They were stiff, hard to get on and off, and the Born boot that looks similar just won!

The sides rubbed on my ankles, uncomfortable

For me, who wears a size 5, it felt 1/2 size to big. It also was hard to get on and off, and the ankle wasn't as "fitted" as other reviews claim. Had to return, but cute shoe.

These are soon cute but are VERY uncomfortable when you make any movement. The height hits at a weird spot, when I took a step the shoe would dig into my ankle-It's unfortunate because they look great. I also purchased the Jack Rogers navy bootie which didn't look as great but were a better fit.

I wanted to love these boots -- they are super cute and feel true to size. I normally wear a size 8 in Clark's and the fit was fine. However, I expect Clark's shoes to be ultra comfortable from the first time putting them on and these just are not. There is not much arch support and they feel a bit clunky to walk in. Unfortunately, they are going back.

Fit was ok...fine with thin socks. Unwearable though really without wool socks due to the stiff leather cutting into my ankles. :( I had scabs on both ankles after one day. Returned.

I loved them. Wore one of each of the 2 pairs I bought for a while in the house. These are so much prettier, and they both were comfortable. So I decided to switch feet. I had such a hard time taking this one off! I still tried to get the other one on, but it was even harder than it was with the first one. What a pity. I never did get the second one on. If it was so hard, I decided it's not worth it. Keeping the other one, (with a side zipper) and sending this one back. Thanks, Zappos for your wonderful return policy.

I wanted to love these so much... the style is amazing, but the fit did not work for me at all. I'm a true size 9, and that's what I ordered per the suggestion on Zappos, but these were way, way too tight in a size 9. I then tried a 9.5, but those were also too narrow while being too long. I have high arches so that may be part of the problem, but these were definitely very uncomfortable, which is unfortunate!

These were much too narrow in the opening for my average sized ankle. Good looking boot, and the arch support was nice, but most of the reviews are right: these are best for someone with a narrower ankle.
