I have a very narrow foot and ordered this shoe in an 8S. It arrived the next business day. They were a little snug so I opted to return them with the UPS sticker I printed from the site. I ordered the 8N. They arrived the next day and fit perfect. My refund was processed quickly. I even got email confirmation on the return and refund. It is a rich looking leather, is comfortable with good support. Finding stylish looking shoes for narrow feet can be difficult. This is my second pair of SAS. I even prefer them to walking barefoot around the house.

This is a beautiful shoe! Very comfortable, which is hard for me to find due to my wide foot and narrow heel. Then I took a few steps and I walked right out of them. The heel is very shallow. Sadly, I must return them.

I have narrow feet and at first ordered the Narrow width. It slipped off my heel. I then ordered the Slim, which seems to fit much better. I've removed the inner sole that comes with the shoe in order to put in my own orthotic. The shoe is very comfortable. I like the unusual lizard strip across the toe, which gives the shoe a bit of design and flair. I think it's very good value for money.

A beautiful made shoe, however, for my 8 1/2 medium, the shoe was too narrow.

I order three pair of these. All three different colored. One brown, one rust and one like pictured, more honey colored. First pair was too narrow, AAA which I normally wear. Second pair fit better but left shoe appeared scuffed on the toe. 3rd pair, right shoe, wrinkled under when I put it on and stayed wrinkled on my foot. Will have to settle for scuffed toe as I need the shoes. Disappointed for a SAS $155 pair of shoes! Anyway to get a discount??

I really liked these shoes, they were comfortable. I had to return them because I have arthritis in my feet and tops were high, which hit the tender spot on my foot

My sister does not have a computer so I ordered these for her as she wanted them and could not find them in a couple of local stores. She is very happy with them and has had several pairs of SAS shoes in years past. Thanks! She is very happy I found them online for her!

Lovely shoe but too narrow for a true wide.

Sadly had to return these. Love the style but they definitely were not a WW. if you are a W you may get into the WW but if you are a WW do not bother. Also hard to get into because they are high on the ankle. Definitely a shoe for narrow feet and low arches.

Zappos is a pleasure to buy from. All the SAS shoes are surprisingly narrow. I usually wear a regular width shoe, but double wide was uncomfortably narrow in this shoe.

I got purchased a 7.5 ww and the shoe is too long, and the platform of the shoe is too narrow. People with wide feet need shoes that have a base that is wide. I thought the extra wide would give be a better base to stand on, but it is still too narrow. I really wish shoes designers would do a better job with shoes and I thought because these shoes were so expensive, they might do that. Guess not!!!

Ordered wide, but way too narrow. And, heel flops out when take a step. Very disappointed as I have SAS sandals that I love.

These are wonderfully comfortable shoes! You almost forget you're wearing shoes! I normally wear an 8.5 W shoe, and the 8.5 WW was perfect when worn with nylon knee-highs. So glad they are available in various widths. They also are beautiful.

Felt comfortable out of the box. I like a rigid sole (due to arthritic feet) & these satisfied that need. Yet there is enough cushioning in sole to be comfortable.
