Had to return they were way to big for me. But cute shoes! I think if they fit they would have been comfortable!

I have wide feet and was delighted to find that the WW width fit perfectly and was extremely comfortable. The leather is soft and the upper portion is well made. Unfortunately, this beautiful boot is sitting on top of a cheap hard plastic heel/sole that looks like it will crack with the slightest bit of weight on it. I returned the product because of the heel/sole. I do hope that SAS will come out with a different boot using the same sizing and a more polished overall look.

I love the look of these boots and many others gave high reviews. They were too narrow. Perhaps I should try a W instead of M, but the arch support is not enough to trust it will fit well. I will return them.

The size and fit were very good. But I’m returning them because I don’t like the style. I prefer a normal heel, not the “sneaker” look.0

Tryed it on loved the boot .but the sole is so slippery even walking on carpet is slipped. Would be a perfect boot if a non slip sole

I have purchased two other pairs of these boots in recent years and they have been great. This time the toe box is too narrow for my size narrow foot. I ordered the walnut color but it was a bit too reddish for my taste; I would have preferred a dark brown with more yellow in it.
Don't know what I'll do for a boot that fits now. This one was the only one that has worked for me!

I really wanted this boot to fit. The color, leather feel, and style were nice. But it wasn't a true fit -- too short in length. I was barely able to get my foot into the boot. My big toe was all the way up against the front of the boot; not the proper way to wear a shoe. I am a true 9 AAA and this was not.

I have other SAS shoes that are 91/2 M and fit perfect. I was disappointed these were so small and tight.

What's happened to SAS?! Love the design and the leather. But these were definitely not WW shoes. Not even W. I remember buying my first pair of SAS almost 25 years ago and they lasted for a long, long time. They were the best walking shoes I'd ever had. I bought them in a wide fitting and they were perfect--purchased from Brown's Shoe Fit here in Fairfield Iowa who had them in stock.
But these were almost a N or narrow fitting shoe and I needed a half size up in the length.
I wish these shoe manufacturers would get their act together and standardize shoe sizes--at least in the widths and lengths.
Had to send both colors back.

Good looking and I wish they fit! Supposedly a "double wide", but not. I will return them.

I wanted to like these boots. The leather is too stiff which made the boot hard to get on and the detail stitching around the boot is too Frankenstein which made the boot look even klutzier. Nice try with the silver buttons on the top of the boot.
I wear 10W or WW depending on the style and brand. These boots gapped without my orthotics in and were too tight when I put the orthotics in.
SAS needs to update their look and soften the leather !!
I wish Munro would bring back the Riley style !!
So back they went and if it weren't for Zappos, I'd probably have no shoes or boots to wear, no wonder I'm a VIP !! Great selection, wonderful customer service and the best return policy!!

Comfortable shoe and true to size, but the style is a bit sloppy for a slim foot. Even tried to order the slim width but it was way too slim and the medium width just looked floppy and sloppy.

I have many pairs of Sas shoes and always wear a 10W. I couldn't even get my foot into these. Also, for reference the walnut color is not walnut and is a reddish brown leather. I'm gonna exchange these for a 10WW in a different color and hope they work.

I tried the narrow in 2 sizes at the store and bought a pair, but both are too wide since my heel slips up and down even with insoles from my podiatrist. The slims don't fit either--too slim. Even store clerk said so. The shoes are made well, but do they fit ANYONE? I couldn't find more than 1 pair that seemed to fit in the store. BTW, I can wear a $20 medium width Lifestride slip on without heel slippage! Surprisingly, while visiting the store 3 times, I never saw anyone make a purchase. Multiple customers left saying that none of the shoes worked for them. I have a narrow foot, most others had wide and no one could find a shoe that fit.

I love SAS sandals, and I wanted to try a boot. this was a little tight in the toe area, and wide in the ankle area, and I have large ankles. The boot just did not feel good at all. It looked weird as well. I usually wear a 8 or 8.5 in a wide width. I ordered a 8 WW. Plenty of length, it just isn't made correctly, something is wrong. Back it goes. Too expensive for such problems.

The boot had an unusual fit. The upper section toward toe was very snug (I wear a narrow and ordered 2A) and that would have been okay except that the mid-section at the arch was loose and bulging, not snug at all. The inside support and cushioning felt lumpy and as a result, provided very little arch support. I have always enjoyed SAS shoes and found them quality and comfortable. These boots were off all around.

Cute boot, not dowdy. They felt true in length and width, but I have low-volume feet and they flopped around because my feet didn't fill the instep. For those needing a true EE, they would probably work. Have to rate the overall and comfort and fit. I couldn't vouch for fit or comfort, so I gave one star.
