Amazingly comfortable and stylish. Elegant ankle boot that can be worn to work whilst feeling comfortable and supportive for trudging around a N.Y. winter. These are a slim fit which works for me. I cannot emphasize enough how uniquely beautiful and comfortable these are.

Great boots for dress - sleek, no nonsense, and comfortable. Would look good with jeans or slacks. Soft interior might add some insulation but don't know how they will be in cold weather yet.

I liked this boot but it has an almond shaped toe and was too narrow for my feet. I typically wear a 37 boot but went up a size to try both sizes. But in both cases the toe part was too narrow and in the 38 the length was also too big and the ‘crease’ or fold from walking was going to hit it the wrong place.

I got the correct size....meaning, I don't think a larger or smaller size would fit better. The problem is the toe bed area is pretty darn small, resulting in some discomfort after wearing for a couple of hours. My feet do look smaller when I wear these, but I'd rather have the comfort. I really like the height of the shaft, I want my ankles to be covered and go up a few inches into the calf area so no one sees my socks. And I love the heel height. The leather is also high quality. Just wish the toe bed area were a bit wider.

I have ordered and worn several pairs of ECCO boots over the years, which is why i purchased these as my experience with the brand has historically been positive. Sadly, this pair, was MUCH smaller than previous pairs of leather booties. The fit was so snug I couldn't even entertain keeping them. I typically wear an 11 and since there is not a size 12 offered, I'll have to pass on this pair.

The boot was lovely, and that is why it was so sad that it would not zip up. It was not the bottom part, but the 'neck' of the boot that was way to small. Ecco should remember that if someone is ordering a size 40, they just might have larger ankles as well. We aren't all models buying their products.

I wanted to love these simple and elegant boots, but as other reviewers have also noted, this boot runs too narrow for "medium" width. Returned because they were uncomfortable. This was a disappointment, especially as I can usually count on Ecco for a good fit.

I ordered my usual Ecco size but these seemed too large even with my dress shoe style arch support. They also seemed heavy probably due to the block style heel.

These boots are gorgeous, and the footbed felt great, but the shank on them is very narrow, and I could not zip them. I do have large ankles/ calves, but have other boots that are not specially "wide" that fit me just fine. Just a heads up for others who may not have skinny ankles!

ECCO had ruined a good thing. I ordered 6 pairs of boots and they are all super narrow cut and uncomfortable. The quality and workmanship may be there but the basic comfort is no longer available. I plan on writing the company, as this has been my go to brand for the last 6 years. Very disappointed

Purchased two sizes and neither fit. Color wasn’t as dark and rich as what I am looking for. Also, they had a look as if they were rain boots. I think it might be the shine?
