Although, I ordered these shoes as a present for my grandson, the first shoes were to small, but when I called about an exchange the service representative walked me through the process and I received replacement shoes the next day, and they were the right size that I needed. The first ones were my mistake (I ordered the wrong size).
The service was. extrodonairy and I'm very very happy and satisfied. We will be ordering from them again.
