Comfort in its purest form. GREAT travel boot. This turned out to be the best shoe choice for my winter trip to Barcelona and Madrid. Waterproof, soft, lightweight, supportive, leather, and breathable mean these boots are worth every penny paid.

I really did love the look and feel of these boots! They were sleek and comfortable, not bulky like I thought they might be. However, they didn't work with the length of pants I want to wear with them, so I ended up returning them. But I think they would be really cute with leggings or tight skinny jeans.

These are gorgeous, high quality shoes. My feet are two different sizes, and the left boot was too snug in the toes with my orthotics in, so I returned them. The brown color is less red than in the picture - very nice.

I bought this boot because the shorter version of it was out of stock in my size. Boy am I glad I did. They fit perfectly, I can walk around for hours in them and they are easy to put on and take off due to the side zipper. Lucky for me, I bought the shorter ones too when they were restocked!!

These booties are a perfect fit for my small feet! I'm usually between a size 5.5 and 6, and the 6 fits like a glove. They hug my ankles in just the right way. The sole doesn't give a lot of arch support, but it works and feels great. I enjoy the soft leather and the lining. It's rare to find boots that fit right out of the box. Thank you ECCO! Only my Merrell Chateau Mid Pull ankle boots are equally well fitting. Those are real ankle boots while these ECCO boots reach a little higher up which is what I needed for 3/4 length pants.

I would have loved to keep these but I have tried a few pairs of Ecco and I can’t find a fit 40 too small and 41 too big.

I wear 11.5 and could not get my foot in the boot. I bought 42 which is for 11-11.5.

These fit perfectly and seemed like truly fall/winter/spring boots, but the style did not work well with my clothes, and I did not feel confidence in the longevity of the boot.

I'm a true 7.5 W and have a narrow ankle and high instep due to a high arch. Since 2012, all the Ecco shoes I've bought are size 38 (US 7.5-8) and with room for a medium sock. In this boot I had to go up a full size to a 39 (US 8-8.5) to get the same fit. The toe box in this boot is wide enough for a thicker sock, but even with my narrow ankles, this boot was too tight at the bottom of the ankle and also rubbed at the top of my arch. For a few hours I could probably manage okay, but I knew my feet would really be hurting if I wore them all day (heels & arch). If you have super narrow heels & lower ankles these boots have great support (did not need my orthotics :), the leather is supple and they are comfortable otherwise. Disappointed I had to return them.
I'd also recommend:
Aetrex, Abeo, Dansko and always love Ecco, which is my go to brand, esp. for travel needs.

These ran a bit smaller than my Ecco shoes, but they're very cute and stylish for a comfort brand. I got the black but would probably order the brandy if I reordered. Ultimately, I decided to try a couple other styles. But this a stylish waterproof boot that is very comfortable.

This boot fit true to size and I loved the style. It seemed like it would be great for dressing up or down. But after wearing it around my house for a few days the tops of the boot started to rub, even with skinny jeans tucked in. Other than that it was comfortable. I wish it had worked out.

These boots were comfortable and the fit was not bad (a little roomy but with thicker socks were okay.) The problem I had was with styling: the front of the boot is just plain and round and looks like plastic. The shaft fits well because of the Velcro. I just didn’t like it....going back!

Sadly, I had to return. I really liked the design and the higher cut- but trying to zip the boot up was not happening. Maybe I will try the gortex version next year. I love Ecco brands.
