The zippers on these shoes came unsewn in about 2 months at the ankle (both shoes).

Great shoes, but completely disappointed. My 8 year old loved the shoes, but the zipper seams ripped out after only 2 months of use.

My toddler has hinged afos which makes it harder to gind shoes to fit. Everyone from drs , orthosist reccomended billy shoes. I can see they work well for smos and traditional agos but not hinged agos. Sadly im having to return these for a full refund and the search for closed shoes continuous...

These shoes came recommended to us by our orthotist. Fit wise, they are great! Definitely wide enough to support AFO’s with no trouble and the sole insert comes out easily as well. The zipper concept is amazing, although now the zipper gets caught on my daughters brace making it so she cannot be independent with these shoes any more than any other. The issue we have is my daughter drags her heels when she walks, wearing through shoes in no time flat. We have had these shoes for a week and she has already almost completely worn through the sole on the heels. For that reason alone I am rating these shoes very low. If they beefed the sole up A LOT then these shoes would be perfect.

Really bad quality. Fell apart with two months of wear.

Loved these at first, but they had one major flaw. My daughter loved them and wore them every day, which meant they became dirty rather quickly. Since they are canvas, I couldn’t spot-clean them so I put them in the washing machine (as I’ve done with countless other kids’ canvas shoes). They came out completely misshapen- there is some sort of structural material around the heel box that became irreversibly creased and sharp- my daughter said they really hurt to wear after that and I ended up tossing them in the bin after the very first wash.

This turned out to be a nightmare. The zipper broke almost immediately after purchase. I had the zipper fixed but it broke again. Finally giving up on a shoe that looked great but did not hold up well at all. Company needs a better quality zipper.
