They do not fit the way our other billy shoes do I can't return them which I did not realize until now and my son needs shoes :(

Love the shoes, granddaughter wore the tend and loved them so mush I reordered them again when she outgrew them. Old ones still looked new after months of wear. Made very well.

My kid loved these but they fell apart in like 2 months. The zipper doesn’t go together at the toe anymore so there’s basically a huge hole.

For my son, a wider width is needed. My son has non-hinged AFO's. Without braces, my son wears a size 10 shoe, medium width. At first I ordered a size 12 shoe. It was too narrow and I couldn't get the shoe zipped. So, I ordered a size 13. I was barely able to zip one shoe, the other shoe I could not. There was plenty of room between his toes/edge of AFO and the end of the shoe. Due to the width and not being able to zip the shoe, I will have to return the shoe. I will not try another size.
I love the idea and design of the shoe. I hope that at some point the shoe will come in a wide width. If it did I would definitely try it again. If someone is interested in the shoe, I would recommend you try it. Maybe the width will be okay for your child.

Although I was happy with the online shopping experience and relatively quick shipping, we've only had my daughter in these shoes for less than 2 weeks and we are already seeing holes form through the fabric around the ankle of her high tops. In the past we've been happy with the quality of Billy shoes, but this really puts that into question

This is the second pair of Billy shoes I've purchased recently that will not zip closed. My son wears AFOs and I took out the insoles, but they still won't zip up. The other pair is a low top black shoe. I purchased both of them as "final sale," so they cannot be returned. He has two other pairs of Billy shoes that work fine, so I am not sure why this is an issue. Very disappointing...

I purchased a size 13 . When the white sticker inside the shoes starring peeling off ( weird ) I was SHOCKED to find there is a glued sticker underneath that reads size 1 . No wonder these are too big for my child ! It's upsetting someone will purposely placed a different size sticker specifically when it's intended to be use by a child who is overcoming disabilities. NEVER AGAIN

My son has cerebral palsy and we wanted to find a shoe that he can't take off in school. He is consistently slipping his right foot out of these high tops even with them tied and zipped all the way up. Frustrating.

Ordered two pairs, only 1 showed up - they claimed to have lost the other. The pair that showed up was the wrong Color, it didn't even match their follow up email. They followed up with a picture of the right pair, even though a totally different pair showed up.

I’d LOVE nothing more than to leave a review but I never received the shoes and no one from the company has answered any of my emails! I’m out $88 and no shoes. Granted not their fault it’s lost in the USPS system but ANSWER me send me a new pair!

Shoe color looks better in person, loved the color design. The zipper was flimsy and broke on the first attempt of putting them on with AFO. Never I had seen billy brand shoes break that easily.

We have bought multiple pairs of Billy shoes for our daughter to wear with her AFOs, the wide fit shoes fit great. Unfortunately, with the new low top models we have had horrible luck. The first pair arrived and the insoles were just shoved inside the shoe and crumpled. Billy replaced them but it took a month due to a 3 week back order. The replacement set showed up with a dirty smudge mart on the toe. Billy has not replied to any of our emails asking for assistance. We just want our little girl to have nice shoes to wear with her braces, it is a shame that Billy is treating us this way.

My 5 year old Son loved these shoes and they were so convenient to take off and put back on. Unfortunately the fabric started to rip and one of the zippers broke and became unwearable. They were purchased in September and in the trash by the end of November. My Son is very active and plays outside a lot. He did a lot of skateboarding, riding his bike and his scooter. These shoes weren’t able to withstand it.
