I bought the belt because it matched the shoes, but it seems like a good quality leather belt.

i use this belt for work or casual wear.

Doesn't fit as well as my other jm belts. Disappointed. Will not buy again from jm

The size runs a bit small. I am a 32 waist and the 32 belt is on the last hole so I would recommend picking one size up. With the way the buckle is shaped the belt sticks out a bit until it gets broken in. Other than that it's a nice belt.

Nice belt the leather is very nice only complaint is the buckle needs to be a brass hole to match belt better

This belt will go well with the Upton Plain Toe shoes.

This topstitched belt is every bit as nice as the old Johnson Murphy one, over 10 years old. We would have given a 5+ review if the belt were made in the USA, as the previous one

Perfect width, solid construction

Like almost all JM products, belt feels and wears well. I think this particular belt is shorter in length than advertised. I had to exchange a size 34 , which all of my JM belts are, for a 36. A little slow on the exchange, but I'm very happy the end result.

I bought a belt several years ago in dark brown. It was soft and Flexible. This is nice however not as flexible. It is still nice and I will keep it and wear it.

Experience was good. I would've liked to see a return bag for my purchase in case the color did not match exactly my expectation. For example I bought two belts because I did not know how the color will match my J&M shoes. One of them was too light and I would have like to exchange it to a darker belt. Other than that the experience is ok.

Use if as an everyday belt.

This belt can serve many purposes. You can wear it in a semi-formal setting or regularly to work in business casual settings. You could even throw it on with jeans if you wanted to.

I originally purchased the belt less than a year ago and the loop failed. The excellent customer service determined that this was a factory error and exchanged my belt without hesitation for a new one. I love the look and feel of the belt but I am not yet sure of its durability due to my previous purchase.

This is a very good product and I would recommend it again. My only complaint is that the leather is rather stiff and this causes the belt to bulge a bit where passes through the buckle. I've only had the belt two weeks at this point and and so this issue may go away as the belt relaxes with age. This may also be due to the fact that I have a 30" waist; for girthier individuals, the bulge near the buckle may not be a problem. In any case the belt looks fantastic with a pair of jeans or chinos, but could easily go with a navy or grey suit. The leather quality itself is very good with nice grain; solid stitching, etc. No real complains. I'm considering getting one in black.

This belt is good quality and goes with jeans or more dressy pants.

I needed a good quality everyday belt. And this one fit the bill. Sturdy, looks great, and pliable. Love it.

I just purchased this belt. I don't have a whole lot to say, ask me in 6 months. Will say this, in the past, I've had shoes that came apart and JM did not hesitate to replace them. I buy all of my belts and shoes from JM and will do so as long as I'm able. I believe they stand behind their products.

I ordered this as a birthday gift for my brother and he loves it. So in all, you should ask him how he likes it.

Belt can be used in most situations, jeans to dress slacks. I find it to be a bit wide for dress slacks.
