The shoes are gorgeous. However, I had to return them because the actual quality is not there. I ordered the first pair, they did not come with the metal logo on the bottom of the shoe and they had a heavy chemical smell. Customer service was great and sent me a new pair. The second pair were horrible. Heavy smell, still no logo on the bottom like the picture, the seam in the back had a thread sticking out and frayed. There was poor placement of rhinestones that did not flow with the rest of the rhinestones so they stuck out horribly. And the heel was tacky from the glue used to adhere the rhinestones. It also looked like they had been worn and returned. The shoe is gorgeous but I didn't receive what the picture showed abs the quality is just poor for that amount of money. The second pair were returned as well.

First, these shoes are absolutely stunning. Just gorgeous. Unfortunately, they are at least 1/2 size too small - maybe even a full size. It might be in part due to the sparkles which make the top of the shoe a little heavier. I also have to say I have never had better customer service from a company. Zappos worked hard to get these to me in time for my wedding. They even called to check up to make sure they were delivered and offered to send a second pair at their cost to the wedding location if the shoes didn't arrive on time. Unfortunately, the shoes were just too small to wear. BUT I can't say enough about zappos and the quality of the shoe. Just order a bigger size.

Beautiful shoes but narrow and no arch support (probably due to the 5.5 size). Regretfully have to return them.

This shoe is gorgeous, but to my disappointment runs *at least* a full size smaller than marked. I'm surprised more people haven't had this experience, especially because this has never been the case with other shoe designers/orders I've placed. Thankfully, zappos offers free shipping on returns.

Way narrow. Way short. Toe box not big enough. Beautiful shoes. Fit- seriously?

The shoes were gorgeous. I tried the red ones and liked the variegated size of the stones. They looked well attached but also appreciated that they sent replacement spares. It is interesting that the Zappos algorithm knew my regular size and suggested a half size bigger even though the reviews all seemed to say TTS. Regardless, even sizing up, I could barely squeeze my wider feet in them and were excruciating even for the few seconds I had them on. Gorgeous but have to go back, super disappointed.

Disappointed with the amount of rhinestones missing on the heel and along the entire back of the shoes. There were no replacement stones as these type of shoes usually provide with other designers. In addition, the shoe was very snug and I ordered a half size larger.

Extremely uncomfortable. No bend. No cushion.

Extremely uncomfortable. Would not be able to walk in these.
