They are so wide!! Even on the tightest buckle they are loose on my foot. I have never needed a narrow shoe. I love the shoe and arch support but So disappointing, especially considering the price!!

I thought I could get them worn in, nope, material is really stiff and will not soften up, do not waste your money. I loved the big gold buckle, wished I would have just sent them back before wearing outside

I love Birks and have had several pair over the years. These just do not fit well/the same. They're very wide and a different sole shape. I had to verify that I ordered the right size and width. I did. Love the color and the buckle, but aside from that, these were a huge (and expensive) disappointment.

Incredibly uncomfortable and nothing like the original Birkenstocks. The quality of these shoes has gone downhill since they sold the company. Do not recommend.

The worst Birks I’ve owned. They were uncomfortable and all four big buckles squeak. I have the Madrid big buckle and they do not make any noises.

I sent these to my daughter for her birthday. They arrived unbuckled, dirty, no tag, and not even in a Birkenstock box--a plain box, no tissue. The box was also damaged. Very disappointing; back they go.

I ordered a 39, a size too large. When I exchanged them for a smaller size 38, the replacement was in terrible condition, not in the original box or packing materials, looking like they had been heavily worn for years except for the soles. I tried again, and the 2nd replacement wasn't much better, definitely not in new condition, with fading and scrapes, worn looking cork and no plastic buckle protectors or proper packing like the first size 39 pair that was pristine but too large. I was very disappointed that LL Bean sent me items in this condition, which had never happened to me before. They are great sandals, but they and LL Bean just aren't right for me at this point.

These sandals did not feet right, they felt uncomfortable and was very bulky for my feet. The buckle was too big for me since I am a small and short person

I like to get a little less bulky sandals and smaller buckles

I have two other pairs of Arizona big buckles and I absolutely love them. These came with straps that were too long and there were enough holes to buckle them over my feet. I have wide feet with high arches so this is weird.I Will be sending these back.

I love these shoes, but they look black in the picture and the pair I got are very faded. They almost look gray. I’ve since gotten another pair of big buckle ones and they are definitely black.

Do NOT buy any with the colored or black insole. It fades & cracks within months. Like 4 months they’ll look horrible. Birkenstock told me I’d need to get them repaired since they give no warranty or guarantee but literally every piece on the sandal would of needed replacing. Horrible quality & horrible customer service.

Had to return these sandals after wearing them less than 10 times. The buckle separated from the strap. The quality of these isn’t the same as my other burks. Thankfully Zappos is allowing a return since I’ve owned these for only a month.

I ordered narrow but there is still such a gap from my foot to the strap. That’s on the tightest hole. I wound up turning and wiping out as the extra space cause my foot to move without the sandal. The other narrow’s I’ve ordered fit great. I made the mistake prior to not order narrow and same problem. So my issue i sucked up the $150 loss. This time no narrow shouldn’t have that much gap.
