The leather is quite soft and supple. The boot is very comfortable overall. The wingtip design keeps it from being just another boot with a boring toe cap.

So far, I love these boots. Great looking and comfortable right out of the box. I paid for standard shipping and they arrived in 3 days. Probably going to buy another pair in brown. Outstanding product! Thank you, Nunn Bush!

I bought these because I bought some black shoes in a slightly different style that I LOVE. So comfy and great looking. I ordered light brown in this style and just love them.
I have somewhat wide flat feet and ordered both styles in Medium width. Fit great.

I wear a true 13 4E and to my surprise, this actually fit! Length wise is nice with just the right amount of toe room. Width and girth wise, it's just enough. It's not so narrow to look like flat tires and bulge outward like other not so 4E wide shoes. Even though I'm 6'-1" tall, I'm 6'-2" with these boots on.

These wing tip lace up half boots are perfect for me as I portray a 1920s period researcher in a restored cranberry and blueberry research sub-station in the area of the bogs. They look period enough while they are still quite durable and will hold up to the Pine Barrens landscape. Of course, they also look great and are quite eye catching on regular people who don't do living history. These are very special shoes!

Just as advertised. Super comfortable right out of the box, no break-in period. Looks great with slacks or jeans. Applied some mink-oil and wore them in rain and snowy weather in an urban setting. Warm and dry. Very happy with my purchase.
