Zappo's sent me some worn shoes. The soles and heals were scuffed and some of the thread around the shoes is sticking out. Nor did I receive them by the next business day. Ordered on a Friday and didn't receive them until Tuesday. Service and quality is subpar.

This boot is waterproof and extremely soft. I did a lot of research on this boot, and read what the sizing had to say when I bought it. When I tried the boot size ran narrow and about a full size too short - similar to what the other ladies are saying; which also contradicts what the website says about the fit.

This were beautiful boots and I was sad to return them. My foot measures a 10.5 and I wear custom orthotics. I usually do well with a removable insole shoe/boot in a medium 11. These were very short on me. I feel the sizing is off so I gave 4 stars.

Super cute snow boots!! I’m in NC and will wear them on cold days to keep my feet warm. The fur is super soft and they are really comfortable compared to my North Face Shellista’s I bought a few years ago. I love that even though it’s a lace boot, you only need to unhook the top two for a super quick on/off. They don’t look as cute looking down but in the mirror they look great and I’ve gotten tons of compliments. I’m in my 30’s and love them (bought my mom Kamik’s) ;)

I LOVE, LOVE< LOVE these boots. They have wonderful arch support and a so comfortable right out of the box, I can wear them all day long. They really keep my feet warm and dry.

Too bad: great fit, great tread BUT all synthetic materials. Ugh! For the price, I had hoped for some leather. Perhaps I missed that in the description.

These looked cuter online than they did on my foot. Great support and traction for someone looking for a winter boot to wear around for errands, not for trucking through snow. I'm in my 40s, and love a comfortable boot, but these were maybe something I would rather buy for my mom.

These are darling and comfortable boots. High-quality materials and construction, and the faux fur is soooo luxurious and soft. A note on the sizing: I bought my regular size (39). They felt a little small to me -- not a 1/2 size smaller but noticeable enough for me that, just to be sure, I ordered a size 40 for comparison's sake (albeit in another Aetrex snow boot style b/c Zappos didn't have a 40 in this style.) I was swimming in the 40, so 39 was the right choice for me. As a point of reference, I never have bought any shoe - boot or otherwise- in a size 40. However, if you are sometimes one size, and sometimes another, I might suggest sizing up on this boot.

I live in the midwest and these boots have kept my feet warm and dry so far. They look stylish and not bulky like most boots. But they do seem to feel a half size small even wearing regular non-thick socks.

I reduced this shoe one star because I do not feel they are true to size. The majority of shoes in my closet are size 5. This shoe advertises that size 35 fits size 5 - 5.5. My toe is touching the end. I wanted to return for a larger size but sadly the next size up is out of stock. I love them so much - they are so very cute - I've decided to keep them. They also seem very well made and will enjoy them sloshing around in wet Oregon weather. They are also nice and warm. Luckily they lace up fairly high so I can wear a thin sock and can lace tight enough to keep my foot from sliding forward and jamming my toes into the end of the boot. The arch support is lacking and I had hoped to be able to use after market arch support inserts but there is no room due to short length. Overall, I would highly recommend this boot - but just size up if you can.

LOVE,LOVE, LOVE THESE BOOTS!!!!! They are so comfortable I've had them on right out of the box and will wear these the rest of the winter. They are so lightweight and fit my long narrow foot, but also has enough room in the forefoot for my toes. I would recommend these boots to anyone. They are super cute on my size 10 feet too!!!

This is even cuter in person! I am not familiar with this brand, but its a great boot, warm and waterproof! The fabric has a little sheen which makes it really nice looking. Very comfortable!

These should have fit a 9.5. They are a bit on the small size and a bit narrow. Order one size up. Rey cute boots. Very warm. I give them 3 points for comfort because the arch support is not up to what I expect from Aetrex. In fact, it’s pretty flimsy. The good news is that you can remove the insole and put in your own orthotic (another reason to order a size up).

Update- I walked and hiked fairly rocky terrain in these and my feet never hurt and always felt warm. HOWEVER- I feel it is my responsibility to warn others to be very careful to tie these tight and very securely. Triple tie the laces if you must! My laces kept coming undone and the top hook closures on the right and left shoe became entangled/latched while I was walking and I went DOWN. I fell hard on my knee and had to disconnect the shoes from one another. It was my fault for not ensuring the laces were very tightly and securely fastened, so I will still recommend these shoes but with this warning. My knee is incredibly swollen and sore 4 days later and it could have been so much worse.

Update to my previous review- Check your boots when you receive them. I just got my replacement pair and these don’t have the insoles either! These boots are incredibly comfy, but they fit completely differently without the insoles. Zappos, I still love y’all but please up your quality check game because it has gone downhill recently.

These are comfortable right out of the box and they look cuter than other waterproof boots. I agree with those who said to size up, though I usually need to size up in boots so these were no different. I’m 7.5-8 in sandals, and for sneakers boots I’m 8.5 or 9. I tried these in two sizes- the 8.5-9 (40) felt a tad large, so I thought the 8 would work (39) but that was too snug. The size difference in going a full size up is substantial, and it’s a shame Aetrex doesn’t do half sizes because in my case it’s either a little too small or a bit too big. Ps- Make sure Zappos includes the insoles- the insole was missing from one shoe so I had to do an exchange. Overall Zappos is awesome but lately their quality checks have declined and I have received incomplete or just plain incorrect orders.

Beautifully made boot, European size 42 fit me like a 10.5. Love the soft leather, faux fur (I thought it was real when I first touched it), waterproof, stylish, good arch support. My first pair from this brand.

Love these boots! I bought my normal size 7 and they fit well though if you are borderline on the shoe size, I would go up half a size. They are extremely comfortable right out of the box. The heels are very well cushioned also. I am 64 and these are cute even on someone my age.

Love my new boots! Ordered my regular size, fits perfect. If you want to wear really heavy socks or have a wide foot, you’ll want size up. I don’t lace the boot up tight to the top so I can slip on and off without unlacing.

Got these today in black size 8.5 and gray size 9. Love the black, and tried to convince myself that they felt fine, but I'm happier with how the 9 fits. Like many others, I'm in between sizes. Gray is cute too, but really really wanted black. Apparently, so does everyone else as many different web sites has the black out of stock in size 9. This boot is so comfortable that I may stick with the gray as I need them for what's shaping up to be a rainy/snowy football game this weekend.

These are the most comfortable boots ever! I absolutely love them. I bought 1/2 size bigger than normal… and they are perfect.
