Love this stylish bootie. I purchased them in Black, and it is very striking with the gold ornamentation. The bootie reaches higher up the calf than most, so may not be as comfortable a fit as one that is lower. The heel is higher than many, but is still relatively comfortable to walk in, because of the heel thickness and the overall support of the boot and arch support. So glad I purchased these when they briefly went on sale.

I had been stalking these boots for months and when Black Friday came I was stoked! They were on sale for 40% off!!! 40%!!! I waited for the delivery like a kid on Christmas Day, however upon opening up my much anticipated new winter boots.... i was deflated. My Stuarts did not look like her luxurious sisters in my closet. These looked quiet cheap and plastic. On they felt fine and were pretty comfortable but i was left with dismay. I shelled out a little over 4 Benjamins (that i worked really hard for might I add) and did not feel this purchase was worth the price. I have other pairs of Stuarts in the same price range and am very satisfied with my purchase, not so much here.... it was a real let down. The material is very cheap and craftsmanship is needed for details (i could see glue around the edges). Again, I am a high end shoe collector and have no qualms spending my coins, but these do not live up to brand history. Not sure if this has anything to do with the Coach buyout, this is my first SW purchase since the company was sold to them.

After seeing these boots on Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex - I had to have them. I was so disappointed that SW online did not have them, but extremely happy when I found thdm on Zappo’s!
