I wanted to love these shoes it the tongue was so stiff it hurt when I walked. Returned them.

I have high arches, and I could not even get my feet into these shoes. I normally wear a 4.5-5, and I ordered a 6, but I still couldn't get them on. These are probably great if you have average shaped feet. However, if you have high arches, don't order these. I am giving these three stars for every category because they seem alright, but I honestly couldn't even get my foot inside them.

This style of shoe just does not work on my foot. I love Dr. Scholl's but some shoes just don't work on everybody. I am sure these are great when you have the right feet for them.

I really wanted to keep these, but one shoe was too big and kept coming off my heel (I hate having to fit the larger of my feet!). Also, these were incredibly hot even just wearing around my kitchen to try them out, so I couldn't imagine wearing them in the summer. Insole was very comfy, though. Just not for me.

I wanted to love these but had to return them even after I exchanged for a 1/2 size smaller. They were really comfortable but I had to return them because they wouldn't stay on my feet even after downsizing. My feet are on the narrower size and as soon as I took a step it would slip off.

Felt a little loose around the mid part of my foot. I was hoping for rockstar arch support from these and did not feel any. Like the style, but the Bone color is more of a tan/nude, just not my taste.

Cute shoe and neutral but was too big. I am a straight on size 6 and it was loose Too bad have to return!

i really wanted to love these shoes because they're so cute, but the sizing is a bit off. I ordered my standard size and they were longer than necessary by about a half-size, but at the same time a bit too narrow. so my foot felt squeezed and at the same time there was an inch or so of extra space in front of my toes. i'm already a size 10, i don't need extra length. and this means going a size up would only make them longer, and going a size down they'd be even more narrow. i do have a womewhat wide foot so the narrowness may not be an issue for those with less wide feet. but the combination of being too long and too narrow was a fatal combination and i sent them back.

I normally wear 8.5, but even the 10 felt too narrow in the forefoot. It was a bit slippy in the heel, but I returned them because of the narrowness in the forefoot. It was a cute shoe for casual, not sloppy occasions, though.

I got these shoes in silver and I love the way they look. But, after walking a lot in them, they just don't live up to the Dr. Scholl's expectation of comfort. I have a medium-sized foot and the toe bed is just too narrow on this shoe. In addition, the synthetic upper makes for sweaty, overheated feet after walking around in warm weather (not hot -- it's still spring here). I'm still on the hunt for a perfect pair of slip-on sneakers that combine fashion and comfort.

The shoes are adorable and was disappointed when I put them on as they were tight. The length is true to size but they run narrow in my opinion however, they don't come in wide. Bummer.

I absolutely love these shoes!! I had gotten a pair of the mules and had a coupon for zappos and wanted to get these. I chose the willow color in a 9 1/2, the same size i have in the black mules (from another store). I received them and they were too small, I thought that maybe they differed in sizing from the mules so I exchanged for a 10. The 10 was way too big. I decided the keep the 9 1/2 hoping they would stretch. I had worn them and my toes hurt. I happened to be in DSW and Famous Footwear and tried the same shoe on in a 9 1/2 and they fit perfectly. So I realized that the shoes that I had were mis-sized. I had chatted with Zappos and they agreed to take the shoes back. I sent them back and when my credit was in my accouint ordered them again, hoping to get the right sized 9 1/2. To my surprise, they sent me the same, worn, pair I had just returned. I immediately chatted with them again and they told me to donate the shoes and they issued my credit right away and now I sit and wait for the size 9 1/2 in willow to come back in stock and HOPE they are sized correctly!!!

My feet are way too narrow for these - my heel comes out when I take a step. Bummed.

I ordered 9.5Wide. I received 10Medium. They don’t fit. So, technically they ARE true to size/width, just not the size/width I ordered.

I had high hopes for these shoes but I was extremely disappointed. They fit too loosely and the material started to wear away almost immediately. Maybe a smaller size would have worked but it was more the width that was off than the length. Overall terrible shoe

Did not like the fit or how the shoe looked on my foot. Sorry to say I returned this shoe.
