These slippers fit all my criteria: They are true to size, comfortable, stay on, light weight, warm. I've been looking for slippers I can wear around the house that don't look like my mothers "bedroom slippers". These do it all. They are cozy, not cutsie. They have a sole that you can wear outside to walk the dog, pick up the paper, take the kids to school. I'm not sure what the outer material is; it looks like wool but according to the description it's a synthetic...it's a little scratchy but the insides are smooth and comfortable. I had originally ordered the Ugg Birche (same price point) but they were either too small or too big. These are just right. I wear an 8 and I feel these are a generous 8. Plus the Uggs looked like little fluffy floor dusters.

I love these slippers. I have been purchasing and returning slippers for over 18 months. This is thur first pair that does not slip off my heels not do my toes end up jamming forward into the toe of the slipper. There's great support for my arthritic feet. I can walk normally throughout our house easily changing from the hardwood floors to the wool rugs & the scattered runners. I pt them on this morning and haven't taken them off.

It’s great to have a pair of slippers that look good and give me the traction I need on my narrow, steep steps. Very warm, though not overly so, like many other fuzzy, fluffy styles. The elastic gores make them a bit tight over the top of the foot, but I have very insteps. Hopefully that will give a little with time. All in all, I’m thrilled with this purchase.

I am keeping these indoor slippers but want to pass my 'feet feel' along: High vamp and elastic gores on both sides of vamp lend towards a 'tight' feel. That, plus my high arches, make fit feel a little tight. But, I purchased intending to wear with winter socks so I am not too surprised. Additionally, there is very little cushion in sole and width is a little bit narrower than expected but 1. they are not floppy (YAY!), 2. easy on/off, 3. I am wearing them pretty much non-stop in house. So, yeah, fit is 'perfect' and I recommend.
