These are cute boots. I tried the gunmetal silver color -- the fabric is kind of crinkly and noisy. They felt small -- my toes were bumping the end.

So cute. I took a chance and ordered these even though I have a narrow foot. The toe box was great, but the heel was just a bit too big. I hated to return them.

I wish they had more arch support and cushioning in the sole. I will manage with them and use insert for more comfort. Zippers open wide enough for ease in putting them on and off.

Initially I ordered a size 8. I have worn a size 8 in the JBU/Jambu brand of shoe forever. I wear size 8 in every other pair of shoes/boots I own. But when I ordered size 8 in these, they felt too narrow across the top of my foot. I exchanged for an 8.5. It fits okay. I can tell it's not a perfect fit, even with insoles, but it works, so I'm keeping them. With thick socks and insoles, I can make them work for me, since I really like the style and it can be so difficult to find a nice pair of vegan boots with decent arch support.

I purchased these boots because of the color (black) and because they were described as being warm and appropriate for winter weather. I liked the look of the boots however the fit was not comfortable for me. Even though they have a "cushioned memory foot bed", I did not find walking in them to be comfortable. My arches did not feel supported. Also they were very loose in the heel so my feet were slipping when I walked. These boots have two zippers- one on the inside and one on the outside of the boot. I found that the inside zippers on both the right and left boots became stuck when zipping them closed. I am returning these.

The zippers can be hard to zip and the size runs a bit bigger.

I'm not sure I'll keep these because the zippers are SO hard to move up or down.

I am desperate to find a woman's waterproof vegan boot, and while these were not my favorite style (I preferred the all black which was unavailable until next fall), I decided to settle and order them. They turned out to be very comfortable, but the zippers got stuck! As a result, I will return them. I didn't even try the second shoe, as the first one was so problematic.

Feels a bit cheap. 2 Zippers on each boot and one sticking. I traded in for a more expensive but well made boot.

The zippers catch on the fold of material inside the boot. This makes it difficult to zip/unzip to get the boot on /off. Cheaply made.
