These are lovely looking shoes but the back of the shoe at the Achille's heel is rough. I have done everything I can think of to make these comfortable but I think the only solution would be a size larger, and to wear socks, which completely negates the point of buying a lightweight summer shoe. I've ended up with blisters and torn skin each time I've worn them, even with thin no-show socks. Wish I'd listened to other reviewers who complained of the same thing... Maybe your feet are shaped differently and you can make them work, but looks like they're going into my giveaway pile.

The backs of my ankles are sore from these shoes.

These are the worst shoes I have ever worn. Shortly after wearing these shoes I started to experience a shooting pain in the heel of my left foot. I walk a lot, I am an educator, these shoes provide zero comfort. It feels like I am walking on cardboard. I tried to seek a refund from who I purchased them from, Khols, Now they just sit in my closet. I would rather wear stillettos then these.

I am returning the shoes because of the chemical smell.

Very dissatisfied due to wrong sizing on shoe as I ordered 9 1/2. I have purchased 20 pairs of your shoes during the past 15 years and have been so happy, but the sizing on this pair fits my mother at size 11.

Poorly made. Top of shoe did not fit well in the size 8 and 7.5. I returned both sizes. Very disappointed in the quality of the shoe

One of the shoe is way too big and flops off my feet.

This my third attempt to order online. The first time the style was slightly different and my toes rubbed, so I went with a slightly different style and ordered up a half size. They fell off my feet - I wear an 8 or 8 1/2. These were 8 1/2, so I sent them back and ordered 8's which is the size of the first ones. They arrived yesterday and they are still so big and wide I couldn't keep them on. That's it, I'm done! I'm not ordering any more. I've spent the whole summer trying to get a comfortable slip on shoe. It shouldn't be this hard!

I have always worn an 81/2 in Skechers shoes. I had to return in the 81/2 because it was too big. I ordered the 8 and now must return this because it is too big. I think I'm done with this style and it's a shame because they are pretty

I sent them back because the soles of the shoe is made of a hard plastic instead of rubber. They didnt really grip the floor and I felt like I would slip. Not a good thing for a comfortable, walking shoe. I bought a pair from Sketchers a few years ago that I love. They look similar to these and I thought they would be the same or at least have the same type of sole. I guess Sketchers quality has gone down.

Product no use to me as it was too big

I always buy size 6.5 wide at the Sketcher's store in Tucson. Since the covid-19 shutdown I decided to buy online thinking that since I knew the correct size it would be alright. When I received the shoes and put them on they were huge. I checked the inside to see what size had been sent. They were marked 6.5wide, but they were more like size 7.5 super wide. I measured them against the other pair I have that are 6.5 wide and it is obvious, these shoes were mis-marked by the manufacturer. Since there was no invoice included, I cannot return them so I have donated them. I will never buy another pair of sketchers online. They were too expensive to buy and then not be able to wear or return.

In the store, both the Sales person and I could see that the left shoe was shaped differently. Not wide. Was hoping that that would not be the case with the mail order. But it seems the whole batch made incorrectly.

Was looking forward to wearing these for work. I work in an office but I do a fair amount of walking. The cushioning doesn't seem to go all the way to the edge of the shoe. Also, the footbed is very stiff. Unfortunately I wore them to work once, hoping they would break in, and they got worse through the day and now I don't think I can return them.

Last year I bought this same style in Navy and they fit perfectly. This year I bought them in gray, and again, perfect fit. I then bought a total of four pairs in black and Not One Fit. They were ALL waaaay to large - so large I walked out of them. I don't know why the sizing is so messed up but it takes so long to receive credit after shipping them back that I've given up entirely. (Oh, and when I mailed the last two pairs back I only got credited for one pair so now am having a prolonged email conversation to see why they haven't credited me for the second pair.) Very frustrating..

I found these to be stylish but when I put one on my biggest foot, I found that the heel rubbed and I didn't need this walking in WDW for hours at a time....I love wearing Skechers, but this was not comfortable for me!
