Very feminine and generally comfortable. A little narrower than I expected.

The shoe was/is beautiful. However, it was too wide. I wish that manufacturers would make size 5 shoes in a narrow width .

Cute shoe but too narrow to wear.

I wanted to love these shoes so much. They are cute and would be great for shorts, pants or skirts. Unfortunately, they cut across my big toe joint in the most painful way, and since they have a fabric upper, there's no way to stretch them for a more comfortable fit. If I had a different kind of foot, I'd wear these all the time, but sadly, they're going back.

I ordered these as a work shoe, but they are a bit too shiny/shimmery for work. Very comfortable, and very pretty. They would be a good shoe for the holidays

I ordered these in navy blue and thought they were cloth but they were actually a suede like material. I returned them because of this. They were also narrow in the front, because of the pointy toe, so they were uncomfortable.

Sharp and stylish pointed baller flat with better than average comfort and support. I am between sizes and ordered a half size up to accommodate the pointed toe box but the shoe is too wide for my narrow foot at both the heel and across the ball of my foot. I added some inserts and made do since a half size down was too short.

I have purchased Anne Klein shoes for years and they are my go-to brand because they usually fit me like a glove. These felt a full shoe size smaller.

These are beautiful flats. These were very comfortable on a test run around the house - so, off to work I go. The first half of the day went fine - no problems or soreness with my feet. However, after lunch, the problems started. My heels were shredded and now I have big hurtful blisters. Boo. I'm hoping I can save these with some heel padding - they are so nice looking.

These a very pretty and more elegant than the typical Clarks I've had. The burgundy suede is a deeper color than what showed on my monitor, but in a good way. Unfortunately, the size 8 is too big and the 7.5 is too small, so these didn't work for me.

The Shoes are beautifully created! They look really nice. However, they rub up against the back of your heel. I don't think a bigger size would fix this problem. Sad. I am returning the shoe.

Loved the look of this shoe. It would have been perfect except for the width at the ball of my foot. I felt pinched, and my toes cramped when I walked. I will continue my search for a navy flat …. not many out there that I like!

This is the mullet of shoes: it doesn't know what it wants to be - it's neither sporty nor dressy. The elastic criss-cross bands and the faux suede make for an odd combination. The narrow semi-wedge heel feels unstable, even though the material is nice, flexible, grippy rubber. I was hoping for a commute-friendly shoe I could wear in a professional setting but it's not that - nor does it fit the "Rothy's alternative" casual shoe category mentioned by another reviewer. Really hoped this one would work. Perhaps in a different color - my pair were navy blue.

The actual shoes are not as shown. The strips across the top of the shoe are a shiny satin fabric and not the matte fabric as shown. I returned for that reason.

Unfortunately, these shoes were really painful for me. The size was perfect, but the back of the shoes are so stiff that they cut up the back of my heels/ankle area after walking in them for about twenty minutes. The style is gorgeous and elegant, though.

They squeak when I walk! It only started after I’d worn them a few times, so I can’t return them. ? Just wanted to warn others. Very nice looking shoes, so they’d be ok if you don’t work in a completely silent space.

Received this pair with one shoe missing, in a box without any top in a closed plastic bag. I am returning as defective and requesting a full refund.

I didn’t like the way this shoe looked on my foot. I have another pair of Anne Klein Sport flats the same type of style and size but these were narrow compared to those. I’m sending back.
