Great customer service. I had to exchange my recent purchase for a larger size, and the process was so easy and fast Return label was emailed to me immediately. I can't wait to get my new Oofos!!

Not comfortable for me when walking outdoors. I am a walker, soon to be 83 and these shoes make my legs ache while walkingI am not one who wears opened toe shoes especially to walk! For the price I paid, I am very disappointed.

These are so comfortable! I got them to walk around the house in but liked them so much that I started wearing them everywhere. I have bone spurs on my left heel and these alleviated that pain completely. Not sure how long they will hold up but I will definitely find out because they are my daily go to.

I had very painful plantar fasciitis in one foot and tendonitis in my other heel and my podiatrist recommended oofos. I wore only oofos all day, every day (sandals inside and these shoes outside) and after a month or two, I have no pain at all and I have been pain free for more than 6 months. I wear my oofos all day, every day - they are truly life changing! They are worth every penny. I purchased a pair for my mom, mother in law, and husband!

The shoes are not wide enough. I need to send them back for a larger size or a wider width. Need information how to send the shoes back.

These shoes were recommended to me for help with my plantar fascists, but if I wear them for a couple hours, my feet hurt terribly. There is no support at all, it is just a squishy foam sole.
