I really wanted to like the Crocs. But they didn't have enough "give"for my feet and hurt in two different ways on either foot. I liked the free shipping to the store and appreciated the staff help atthe store.

insoles are high on the outside edge making it hard for individuals with foot problems to walk in them.

Crocs of a certain size are different, depending on which country made them, and prior to ordeing you don't know.

As it turns out...size Mens 12/13 is too small for a man with size 13 shoe size. I returned them 2/9/11.

They don't make them like the used to. The back strap tore out the second day of use. Crocs customer service is none existent to get support on an exchange. Just ended up returning without reordering.

They had designs and the designs came off over less than 1 year. For shoes this expensive, they definitely should not have this problem

Advertised as customizable with Jibbitz but they do NOT c9 size. My son is absolutely crushed, do not waste your $ on the charms since the base is too wide for the ventilation holes.

They where too small, my daughter was supposed to order women instead of kids and s lost the paperwork

I ordered the size I normally order but these wear a little smaller compared to others I own in same size. Customer service wasn't very helpful when I chatted with them.

I ordered a size 4 childrens croc and got a baby size 4. I called to return and was put on hold for an hour before talking to anyone. I want to return.

I'm in the medical field and on my feet all day and first time buying crocs. To be honest they were not as comfortable as I thought they would be.

The sizing is horrible. My son is a 1.5 (he's 7). J1 is too small (toes hitting right at the front), bit J2 are so large he can't keep them on. No half sizes and the size disparity between 1 and 2 seems really abnormal.

I ordered a white kids croc & was sent a pink colored women's 6! It was for my granddaughters birthday & it was quite a surprise when she opened them up!

I got a yellow pair and one shoe looked worn. Very disappointed.

Didn't get the right size. I've waited for a month just to get them. When they finally came in they was the wrong size. This has never happened to me.
