Don't pay extra for earlier shipment when they mess up your address !!! Otherwise, yes, the Crocs are great and very comfortable! But, I'm still angry. It was for my grandsons birthday !! Late late late

I like the shoes unfortunately my son has flat feet and these crocs gave him a nasty blister on his foot. Hoping that with time they I'll fit better because he enjoys wearing them.

I bought two pairs of Crocs, first pair was the correct size second pair was supposed to be classic kids and the were adult size. Granddaughter was very disappointed now my daughter has to either send them back or find a store close to her home.

Don't order online! Returns stink when you don't have a crocs store or kiosk close by. Colors are off and size. They said half sizes order larger, wrong!!!

We have had crocs shoes before and my children have outgrown their old ones. they have been good lately and done their chores so I decided I would splurge and buy them new pairs. Crocs are a splurge. When you spend 30 dollars a pair for some sandals made out of foam that was blown into a mold its a bit overpriced. But they are extremely comfortable and durable so I decided that we would order them a tad over sized and they can use them for a good while. one of my boys wanted the poppy which looked really red in the picture and my other boy really like the lime green sandal. When we got them the poppy was really really pink and the lime green was a really dull color. I am very unsatisfied with it but they were both so excited to get them that the wore them anyway. I dont get why the pic looks so red and the real thing is so pink. There is three other pink options of this shoe cant they make one that is just plain red? And why is the lime green so darn dull. it looks nice and shiny in the pic. The 5 dollar generic ones that are sold at wal mart are much more shiny and are more red and green than these. I think the next time I buy them I will definitely shop around.

Once your child wears a junior size Crocs only has women/men's sizes so the shoes run way too wide! We had to return two different pairs thinking we were getting a kid's size shoe (didn't see they came in women's sizes). We finally had to go to the nearest Croc store 45 mins from us and try on different Crocs. Finally settled with the chameleon style. We love the Mary Jane style best (Shayna) and hope Crocs makes them for Junior 4 and up. :-)

The shoe would fit better if the strap was adjustable. They are very comfortable. I wear them to doctor appointments, to the beach and everyday outings.

I would recommend to a friend and tell them to order a size larger than normal. I am an 81/2 and my toes were at the end of the shoe that was to fit size 8 - 9. Don't see how someone size 9 could get their foot in. I gave my pair away and she said they were also very wide but with an insert they fit okay. I would have re-ordered in a larger size but they were out of stock. Ordered the Classic style in a size 9.

The good is that I ordered these for my 20 y/o daughter and she loves them, they are comfortable. The bad is within two days a rivet had already broken. It must have been weak or cracked in the first place. ...Now the good again, Crocs send me a baggie of 8 free replacement rivets to fix the broke one and to make sure I had plenty if it happened again...
I like it when you get service after the sale, great job CROCS!!!

My son has been wearing the Batman Crocs, size 8-9. He just moved up to a size 10 1/2 tennis shoe so I thought I should get the next size up Crocs since it looked like his toes were starting to hit the end. Oh, my! What a big difference to get the next size up, 10/11. These things are huge. He can't wear them yet because his foot keeps slipping out. And these are cut wider than his Batman Crocs. I love the blue color and the charms so on ok. Hate that he's in between sizes as they are such a great Summer shoe.

I've had two previous pair of beach style, and this pair ran small. Same size as I've alwasys bought. And I am on the small side of the unisex size. Disappointed

I like the shoes but I do not like the rasied bumps inside the shoe.. I guess this is for the sand to drain out.. I should have ordered the Crocs classis.. those are for everyday use...

My family loves these for their comfort and durablity. My consistent problem is with the sizing. I ordered 2 Kids' Classics, same size, just different colors. One pair was far wider and a bit longer than the other. It's not worth returning as my daughter will eventually grow into them.
The manufacturer really needs to work on this. Since half sizes aren't available it's hard to fit my 3 yr old who wears 9 1/2. The 10/11 size is way too big but the 8/9 is too short. Since there's such a size discrepancy from color to color I never know what I'm going to get.

These shoes actually looked almost neon green when I got them. I don't believe the color really looks like a true green that's on the web page. I was a little disappointed in the color.

These shoes are definitely labeled incorrectly. I ordered a Child size 11, and they're so huge that they'd fit a teenager. So disappointing because they were a gift for a 3yr old

Love the material and are great but they definitely run small. I got my niece a size c5 but it fit her really snug so would definitely get a size up.

After a little research, I learned crocs are made in 3 different widths; however, there was no way to select a width option when ordering. Apparently the default is "Roomiest fit", which is freakishly wide.
*Tried calling customer service and after 24mins someone answered but said they couldnt hear me and hung up. Called back and waited another 20mins but had to take another call so return and width issue never addressed. Frustrating.
