My daughter wore this for one day and she came back home with blisters around her ankle bone. Also, I was disappointed with the fabric on the back of the boot... its just a very thin "lycra" like fabric, not useful for cold winter days.

My daughter wears a custom orthotic insole so we struggle to find stylish looking shoes that can accommodate. Usually a wide width helps but again, that specification limits selection. So we were pretty excited to find this Stride Rite boot! Fits well and looks super cute. My daughter selected the gold boots. I think they're going to work great through winter and the holidays. The insole that came with the boots is quite flat and think we will probably remove them (they are tacked down) to give a little more wiggle room. FYI, there is definitely zero arch support built in to these – but that works for us since my kiddo has her own insoles.

This are adorable looking boots. However, my daughter said they were very uncomfortable, especially around the ankle. I felt around in the boot and the ankle area is very, very stiff. I actually thought I had left another piece of cardboard in them, so they are just this stiff. I wasn't sure if they'd soften up or what, so back they go. Too bad b/c they are so cute.

I bought these in the gold for my 10 year old daughter to wear as cold weather holiday shoes. She has wide feet and Zappos carries the widest variety of shoes that will fit her. Unfortunately the shaft on these boots were too long and wide on her, and she looked like she was wearing rain boots. The buckle at the shaft is not adjustable.

I bought these for my 2 year old daughter to wear for family photos. I was impressed with the quality and style - very cute.

We purchased these boots for our daughter for Christmas. They look AMAZING, and she’s completely over the moon for them! Zappos, thanks for being awesome as usual!!

My 4 yo daughter has SUPER thick feet and a high instep. Shoes are so difficult for us (most stride rites are still too narrow) and Ugg boots are the only ones I've ever been able to buy her. But these actually fit! She has very thick legs too and they fit her legs as well. The back is stretchy which is nice. I do think the zipper could be better because she can't zip on her own because it gets stuck, but we can handle that. She wore them all day the other day to preschool and said she loved them, which must mean they're comfy because she's super picky about shoes. I hope they wear well over time!

These are classy and sturdy and my daughter loves them.

These fit my nearly 4 year old great, and look great too. Wood chips stick to the inside lining, FYI. She often can’t zip them herself, and needs help.

My daughter loves her boots and wears them to school every day. She did mention they are not super cushy so I’m going to put gel inserts in them for her. Overall I’m happy with these boots.

I have bought three pairs of this shoe style for my daughters and they are wonderful: comfortable and stylish. They also come in Wide and Medium width which is much appreciated.

Great boot from stride rite. The gold color will definitely need an protectant/waterproof spray to help keep clean. Can be causal or dressed up.

Cute boots! My daughter felt that they were a bit bulky on her leg, and so we did not keep them. She prefers a minimalist boot. Nevertheless, they were well made and very nice.

I've been looking for boots to fit my little lady. We were able to zip these up her leg comfortably with room to spare. Love it.

My girl needs a lot of arch support, so she has to wear these with her orthotics, but she says they are comfy and super cute! This will be a good fall/spring boot for her.

Bought these for our first time horseback riding, daughter. Perfect price, fit, and style for her. Would recommend for sure!
