FINALLY!! A pair of boots I can do my 7-9 mile a day dog trail walks without major pain in my arthritic big toe! I’ve tried everything from Vasque , timberland, Anhu. None of them came close to... comfort, traction , easy on/off, with a copper fit insole support. I also have two hip replacements, spinal fusion. These have beat all at not irritating them. Only comparable are my santana Canada’s. When these do wear out ( which doesn’t seem it will happen soon) I’m hoping they still make these! Might buy another pair and stash them just in case!

This boot only comes in whole sizes. I have a wider foot and a high arch. I’m usually a 7.5 and round up, in this case the 7 was roomy. I need a new hiking boot and liked this style. It’s not waterproof so it doesn’t quite suit my needs but I like the way they look and they were comfortable out of the box so I’m going to keep them anyway.

These are super boots! Beautiful suede like finish. They are very true to size. I normally wear a 6.5 and that's what I ordered. They fit perfectly. They have a roomy toe box and very cushioned foot bed, very comfortable to wear. Excellently made. I highly recommend these!

These are great boots! I normally wear a 6.5 shoe and ordered that size. They fit perfectly, no cramped toes in these boots! I couldn't believe how comfortable they are for a boot! I got home from work and my package had arrived. I immediately tried them on and wanted to wear them all night, really comfy boots. Highly recommend.

Felt great right out of the box, no break in period needed. True to size. I normally wear a 9 and the 9 is perfect. These come in both narrow and wide so order accordingly. They do have a roomy toe box. Very well made. Definitely recommend.

Great hiking boot for serious trails. Excellent ankle support. Very well made. Love Ariat. Easy to take out insole and replace with orthopedic. I'm on the fence though - considering going with a lighter boot. Only problem is lighter hiking boots look like sneakers - blech! While these look classic, even elegant. Definitely sturdy, will hold up.

All I can say is "WOW" for these boots! Wow for the comfort. Wow for the style. Wow for the construction. And Wow for the price!!! I know they are described as hiking boots but they are gonna be my everyday, all day boots. They look so stylish and go well with jeans and leggings (and I believe skirts as well). My shoe size is 7-7.5. For boots, I normally wear size 8. For these boots, size 7.5 worked for me, with plenty of toe room even with thick socks.

I have had a pair of the Canyon in B width and had trouble breaking them in. I put these on and it was like they were already broken in. Love them.

I really loved the look of these boots. Just what I wanted- a hiking boot that I could wear around because they are so cute, stylish and well made. I ordered 6.5- they fit okay- kind of wide in the toe area, length was fine. I would have happily kept them as they look great and seem very well made. BUT_ they are VERY stiff- the ankle area somewhat which will probably soften but the sole seemed like a board. That and the roomy toe area made me feel like I was walking in still clown shoes. If I could be sure that they sole would soften I would keep them but a few people also complained about this for hiking. Didnt want to end up miserable so back they go. I ended up with the Ariat Terrain boot which is softer on the sole and a good hiker- not as cool looking though.

Love the look of the boot. Held up well for hiking. Unfortunately didn’t have time to break them in because of shipping speed so I did end up with some nasty blisters on my heels. I do wish there was more padding and arch support - both were minimal so they weren’t all that comfortable and feet were a little achy by the end of the day. I plan on keeping them but will definitely be purchasing some sort of insole or orthotic for extra support and comfort.

I really wanted to like these and probably would've kept them if I wasn't searching for a solid walking boot. I think they would be great work boots, but not for a ton of walking (the rubber of the heel doesn't feel quite right). I also noticed when trying them on that a lot of crease marks showed up in the leather. If you want uniform looking leather, this wouldn't be the boot for you.

This was my first purchase of an Ariat product and I was very disappointed. I ordered my usual size, 8.5. The boots were too large even with a thick wool sock. They were also too wide, and there was a lot of heel slippage with every step. The sole didn't seem to be designed for long term wear; it is of a cheaper polyurethane that looks like it will crack or wear down over time. I found comfort to be lacking, and felt like I was basically standing on a board with no arch support for my high arches. The style is great, but there are too many corners cut in the construction of these to make it a worthwhile purchase. I returned them.
